I was looking for a place that would be open on Saturdays and we’re glad we took our kids to Smile Magic for their dental checkups. Our kids don’t like getting dental X-rays but the technician was very friendly and patient which made things go smoothly. Smile Magic is a fun environment for the kids. Their favorite part was the indoor playground. Everyone was courteous and kind. The Doctor answer all our questions without making us feel rushed. We will definitely keep visiting this place again for our kids dental needs.

I loved my experience here. The front staff greeted me and my daughter as soon as we walked in and they were very friendly. The male that worked up my daughter to take the pictures was also very friendly and he explained everything he was doing. Dr Daywood was very friendly and made sure to introduce herself right away. Eddie who did the cleaning was awesome. He was very friendly and extremely patient with my daughter. I would definitely come back. The staff was very welcoming. I would recommend this office to everyone looking for a dentist.

Today's visit was ok.I'm disappointed because in other dentist visits the procedures are done all in one day. Here it's taking too long, I have a 3rd appointment to complete the job. That imposes my child's school schedule and my work hours. It's a good experience overall the work is getting done the staff are professionals but unlikely recommended.

Had ok experience, was given another price before I went and when I got there it was different. I liked it there before because I LIKED THE DOCTORS THAT WERE THERE BEFORE. Now there are new ones, had a lady that didn't explain in detail the issue with my son's teeth. Overall 3 because manager was nice and asked how experience was. Not sure if I will take my other son there but for sure not same dentist. Communication is very important to have with parents when they take their children.

Was at a different dental office before, they insisted my daughter needed to be under general anesthesia in the hospital to have crowns put on every single tooth. I went to smile magic for a second opinion and they took the time to sit down with me and talk to me about my options. I told them I was more comfortable with an in office sedation. They told me her front two teeth had to be pulled because the infection to her tooth was very close to the nerve and the other one was on the same road. They placed a few crowns on some teeth but not all (how the other office claimed they had to). Had I gone with rgv pediatric dentistry in mission they would've hospitalized her and put crowns on every tooth and the infection would've likely spread to her gums. I'm thankful I went to smile magic. My kiddos love it there.

Happened not too long ago while I was pregnant. I had called ahead of time to ask if they took medicaid cause all I wanted was a check up/cleaning and was told they do accept medicaid. When I got to my appointment and pulled out my medicaid card to give it to them, the lady at the front told me I couldn’t use it cause they didn’t accept it. Idk if she was just being a bch that day but how fricking rude. It’s like she just took one look at me and said no. Odd cause the website says they DO take medicaid. Never coming here again. Unprofessional and rude.

Worse dental office ever!!!! Not even Reynosa is this bad, misinformation all the time and I’ve had 3 different experiences with each of my 3 kids and yet they were horrible in their own way. The wait times are horrible over 4 hours in 2-3 separate appointments constant misinformation from dental staff to front office staff, place is kid friendly but it’s been a nightmare for me having to wait long hours and the vague information and misinformation and the dentist swapping patients…… horrible!!!! regardless if insurance pays for procedures I rather pay fully out of pocket and drive to Reynosa than ever come here again. Save your kids and yourself the bad experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My doctor was very gentle and understanding of my aversion to dentist visits but I left very impressed and satisfied with my visit. Went back the next day and was reassured that all was well. I appreciated the time, care and patience the entire staff took woth me. Highly recommend to everyone of all ages.

The timelines were a bit misconstrued. Stated we would be seen in 30 minutes for sons operation it was 120 minutes. You were able to clarify our insurance quickly compared to other febtist. Did not allow parent in room for procedure, did not have luck with tablet but front desk personnel let me sit at his desk to watch until figured out tablet situation. During my sons procedure he was asked if he would like to keep his teeth, he gave a thumbs up as he couldn’t respond, yet he did not get teeth at end of procedure. Staff stayed late to accommodate me picking up teeth. All in all, I’d come back, the facility was very caring.

I usually have an awesome experience here. But today the insurance information was put incorrectly and I had to wait to show proof of it being active, then during cleaning time my daughter threw up because the male that did her cleaning was doing it incorrectly and had me clean up the bed. It was very embarrassing. I didn’t get to see the same kind dentist from always, the white lady because she’s always gives me very detailed information. But this new dentist I had, gave me no feedback aside from “okay we’re done” I didn’t receive another cleaning from my daughter that threw up. So it was pointless. Stephanie the RDA did an amazing job though, she was so patient and the X-ray male as well he always has amazing service and very patient. I would switch but next time I go I’ll request who my daughters and I feel more comfortable with.
