Update to our review: Dr Buchanan chatted with me about our issues and and has gone above and beyond to make sure we can get these kiddos in. They are busy but we haven’t had any issues in with the next few last minute appointments needed. We appreciate their efforts.Dr Buchanan seems to know what she’s doing in terms of ortho work. However, this place is incredibly busy and the few times my kids have needed a same day appointment to fix their work (not a broken bracket) it is hard to get in. Sometimes they were closed mid week, sometimes just no same day appointments available. It seems crazy to me to take so many appointments that you can hardly fit a patient in to clip a wire that’s digging into his cheek. We will finish treatment with the 2 kids already in braces but will seek a someone else for my 3rd. If you are busy, be sure to ask questions to determine if this is the right practice for you.

I love coming here for my Ortho treatment. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and make me feel like their most important patient. Dr Buchanan is so patient and listened to my concerns regarding my smile. She carefully devised a plan just for me and not only has she given me a kodak smile but because of my fantastic orthodontic treatment, it has relieved my snoring as well. Dr. Buchanan is so welcoming and immediately made us feel like we have known her for a long time. Her entire staff is so kind and so patient, along with so much knowledge about Ortho. They offer the most effective and easy way for teeth to move and widen the mouth. My daughter use to not like the dentist at all, and now she actually looks forward to going to Dr. Buchanan’s. We have known Dr. Buchanan for years. She has done my son’s braces and now my daughter’s. When one doctor wanted to pull teeth for my son’s braces, Dr. Buchanan assured us that with her system, he would get the perfect smile while keeping all of his teeth. We get the same, high level of treatment and care every time we go. They are so personable and make you feel very comfortable. They are respectful of your time and always make you feel like they are happy to see you. My daughter, who is 9, is very nervous about going to any doctor, but they always make her feel so comfortable when she is there. They even gave her a Starbucks gift card one visit because she was upset, but did such a great job!! Dr. Buchanan also does so much outreach and support for our community. I seriously cannot say enough great things about her and her staff. Thank you for all you do, Dr. Buchanan!

Dr. Buchanan and her team are amazing! From the moment I walked in on my first visit, they made me feel so welcome. They took great care of me throughout my treatment. Dr. Buchanan & her staff are the very best. They provided quality care and great communication at every appointment. My daughter enjoyed her experience, and now has a beautiful smile she feels confident and happy with! I would recommend Dr Buchanan and her amazing team to anyone! Even driving 40 miles each way wasn’t a deterrent because she is the best. When others suggested jaw surgery, she examined me and developed a plan that was stellar, without surgery. She also helped me find a dentist willing to collaborate with her and the two worked as a team. Dr Buchanan goes above and beyond. She and her team are always welcoming and so knowledgeable. I am so happy that I’ve take this journey with them!!!
