The whole team at Mckinney Smiles is amazing and very helpful.I’ve been going to Dr. Lawrence for quite some time and he is very professional and takes good care of me.Angela has been my dental hygienist, and she is the absolute best!!!

I have been coming here for 2.5 years. From the first visit the staff was welcoming and attentive. The facility has multiple parking spaces making it much easier to park and facility was clean creating a comfortable environment.The dental professionals demonstrated exceptional expertise, taking the time to explain procedures and address any concerns. Their commitment to patient care was evident throughout my visit.I’m impressed with the efficiency of the practice and the seamless appointment process. Overall, I highly recommend this dental practice for their top-notch service and genuine commitment to patient satisfaction.

I am VERY hesitant about dentists, so I went in to my first visit at Mckinney Smiles hesitant, but I'm happy to report that I left more than impressed! The front desk staff was kind and welcoming. The hygienist made me feel super comfortable and described everything she was doing at each step which helped put me at ease. It was truly the best cleaning I've ever gotten- didn't hurt at all! And the dentist was incredibly warm and knowledgeable. I felt that the staff adequately addressed my concerns, made me feel heard, and crafted a thorough treatment plan for me which they explained in detail, answering any and all questions I had. The pricing is fair too (some dentists can really rip you off) which I appreciated. All in all, I highly recommend McKinney Smiles if you're looking for a dentist!

Sonya and Kim were the about the most unprofessional front desk representatives I have ever encountered. Sonya responded to me through text with all upper case lettering when I communicated I hadn't received the new patient paperwork documents. Upon showing up they stuck their noses up and were unwelcoming and bothered by the fact that the paperwork had not been completed. They avoided eye contact and neglected to apologize for the email mishap and continued miscommunication. As a first impression I am completely offended. When I asked to speak to someone regarding my experience Kim was very condescending and spelled Sonya and Lawrence names out even after providing a business card. I will not be recommending this office.

I really like these guys. I left the chains many years ago after experiencing marginal service. The attention to detail is great and I feel like they really get after my teeth. Very clean when I leave. This last visit, I had a cleaning, took a mold for a crown replacement, and set up a sleep study, all in the same visit. Now that’s some great service.

On the way to visit my daughter a cap came off . She called this office for an appointment. I was able to get in at 8 a m the next day. Best experience I've ever had at the dentist. Wonderful and professional in every way. Thank you so muchRhonda BondKerrville Tx

If you are looking for a GREAT Family Dentist, Dr Lawrence and his team are the ones! They are so special! They care about you and treated us like family! My husband had to have all new dentures to replace the ones he has had for 20 years. They worked with us to make an affordable plan. I am so grateful God put these people in our lives! Honest, friendly, and caring! The BEST!!!❤

Great dentist and great office! The whole staff was so friendly and helpful. They did a good job with my appointment (just a routine cleaning), and I liked that they explained everything they were doing. I've also been to dentists where I felt like they were trying to squeeze every bit of money they could out of me, and this was not like that at all. I would definitely recommend McKinney Smiles!
