It being my first time here in the office, I just loved it. From the customer service at the front desk, to being on time, to immediately being seen by my NOW favorite Hygienist Ms Wendi... It was such a splendid experience. Since we are both red heads (inside joke), we definitely enjoyed each others company. It was truly an experience that I will not forget & cant wait to go back. Oh, & cant forget Dr Callison who made the experince complete with the reassurance. I would definitely recommend McKinney Dentist to those looking for a HOME & not just a Dental office.

Had a wonderful experience today with Vickie . Well seasoned care and very informative on the best techniques to care for my teeth and gums . You are never too old to learn ! I appreciate the care and time provided to me and will always recommend others to this practice ! I am retired from the USMC, and McKinney Dentist is an excellent place to go! I was treated very well by every member of their staff and they treated me very respectfully and were very caring, patient, and knowledgable! I am so thankful to be continuing my treatment there! The dentist even called me after my last treatment, checking up on me! Try them — you will not be dissapointed!

I have been going to McKinney Dentist for 22 years. Extremely professional and friendly office staff. They are out of network for my insurance and I still refuse to go anywhere else.I had an accident in the mid 90's that caused a lot of issues with my teeth from trauma.I had some less than desired results with previous dentist offices.When I found McKinney Dentist they were able to correct those less than desired results from previous dentist offices.I have routine cleanings.I have had old silver fillings replaced, I have had cavities filled, root canals, Crowns, implants. The majority of damage with my teeth stems from trauma received during my accident in the mid 90's.Due to my personal history I have been able to experience a wide range of services from McKinney Dentist.They get two thumbs up from me and 5 Stars.I Love McKinney Dentist.If you have never been please give them an opportunity to win your future business.You will not be disappointed.

I am a Dental Hygienist in Illinois, and I have researched many Cosmetic Dentist from coast to coast literally. My husband is a Dentist, but doesn’t specialize in Veneers yet! This has been a 3 year process of researching “The Best Dentist.”I finally found him, Dr. Berlin is more particular and precise than me. I am Certified Obsessive Compulsive about my teeth. Out of all the dental facilities I have seen since I was on the Ark with Noah, this one is the most friendly, most thorough, most safe-feeling one I have been to. Kim welcomed me with a big smile. Wendy xrayed and cleaned my teeth and helped me laugh and relax. She checked my insurance coverage to keep my costs as low as possible with recommended additional necessary services. Dr. Madden examined my teeth quickly and efficiently and was kind. Billing gave me a complete list of fees. The entire office staff is like a big, caring family. I will have all my dental work done here from now on. I highly recommend this business.
