Dr. Marzban is an excellent orthodontist. He has a tremendous amount of expertise and takes the time to explain every step of the process. In only six months, the aligners he provided completely corrected the crookedness of my teeth. His staff are friendly, professional, and efficient, helping to make my entire experience easy and pleasant.

I recently underwent orthodontic treatment at The McLean Orthodontist, and I cannot express enough gratitude for my remarkable experience.From the initial consultation to the moment my braces were removed, and even afterward when additional dental work was needed to fix my bite, they remained dedicated to ensuring the success of my treatment.I am immensely grateful for the fantastic results I have achieved, which are a testament to the dedication and skills of Dr.Ji, Dr.Marzban, and the team. My experience with them has been nothing short of transformative, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking exceptional orthodontic care.

Dr. Marzban stands out as an exceptional orthodontist. His meticulous attention to selecting the most suitable treatment options for his patients, coupled with his ability in skillfully executing these treatments, is admirable. I went to this clinic on a referral. The staff is very professional, very detailed in everything they do to make your experience peaceful and positive. I got to meet both doctors and congratulate them both on such a strong practice. It’s located in Mclean Virginia, but it was a very short and direct trip, off 495. I would recommend this office for anyone considering braces. I asked a lot of questions through the entire visit, and all of my questions were answered. I never felt like things were happening without my consent from the front staff the hygienist Doctors Everyone gets five stars!

I had an amazing experience at McLean Orthodontists. The staff was so friendly and patient. The facility was very clean. I received my aligners through smile direct club and the went out of business. I did not finish my treatment and my teeth were not straight. McLean Orthodontist straighten my teeth and ordered retainers for me. I am so grateful they understood my situation and were kind and eager to help me.

Dr. Marzban, Dr. Ji, Rovi & staff are the best! Professional, understand my ortho needs & always work with me. I had an outstanding experience at The McLean Orthodontist office. Dr. Marzipan and the entire staff were incredibly professional and attentive throughout my treatment. Their expertise and attention to detail resulted in a beautiful outcome for my smile. The office environment is welcoming, and appointments were always punctual. What sets them apart is their excellent communication – they took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I felt informed and confident. I'm so glad I came to this practice. At 70+ my teeth had become increasingly out of line but I put off getting braces because I was worried about how long it would take and how painful it would be. Dr. Marzban and Lynn reassured me on my first visit that there were fast track options that would significantly shorten my time wearing the trays - as long as I stuck to the plan of wearing the trays 22 hours a day 7 days a week. I was highly motivated to fix the problem so I stuck to the plan 100%. To my delight my smile improved very fast and I was down to wearing the trays only 8 hours (at night) in less than a year. Throughout my treatment, Dr Marzban kept careful watch on my progress and made frequent adjustments to my trays. I was only uncomfortable for a day or two whenever I changed the trays but nothing excessive. Overall it was much much easier than I feared it would be. When I started this process, I hardly ever smiled and now I can't stop smiling. I'm thrilled with the results and with the care I've received from everyone in the practice. The message here is it's never too late to fix something that matters and especially something that makes you feel self conscious.

I was impressed with Dr. Marzban and Lynn Booth, the treatment coordinator. It's a good practice and I am confident about their abilities. I was less impressed with the "intake" experience, as there was little to no explanation about what was happening and why (the assistant stuck a bunch of stuff in my mouth and took photos of my teeth -- but didn't tell me what was going on.)

This review only covers the initial consultation, but it is a positive one. Lynn Booth was very responsive and flexible in setting up an appointment for essentially the day after I contacted them. The appointment went quickly and efficiently. Dr. Marzban provided me with a comprehensive and educational presentation that did not seem to be a hard-sell, high-pressure sales pitch. He outlined a proposed plan of treatment as well as describing alternatives and possible outcomes. Lynn Booth then provided me with the pricing and payment options. I am still deciding on how to proceed, but have a very favorable first impression of The McLean Orthodontist.
