Cool Smiling office at Port Jefferson Station is very modern and clean, was decorated with Valentine theme. As always, We didn't wait long to get called in. Nurses and front desk girl were very friendly and helpful. Dr. David is very knowledgeable which makes communication and conversation extremely easy and smooth. Plus he pays attention on details which is a guarantee to an excellent service. Another pleasant visit! Thank you very much, Dr. David and the team!

Another wonderful experience and a pleasant and happy visit to the office. It is always decorated so nicely. The staff is amazing and everyone is so friendly and attentive. Dr. David explained step by step everything to our 11 year old and to us too. Always positive, calming, reassuring, and happy and that makes our daughter feel comfortable and not nervous in any way. I just completed my invisilign treatment and I could not be happier with the results. I picked this office because of the wide range of days available for appointments and their ability to accommodate me at the Port Jeff office if needed. During my year of treatment, the doctors and staff were attentive. I even recommended my brother for treatment at Coolsmiles and he agrees! Highly recommend!

I planned to visit two places before deciding on an orthodontist for my daughter but once I came here and met with them I knew that I didn’t want to look any further. Dr. David & Dr.Justin make my daughter and I feel comfortable and are friendly, kind and knowledgeable and the rest of the staff is always an absolute pleasure to deal with as well. The office staff and Dentist where amazing throughout the entire process. The office is always accommodating and helpful with all of our concerns or issues. Both Dentist took the time to explain what they were doing while the kids where getting adjusted and shared their progress along the way. The Davidson family is very fortunate to have found this office!

Been going to the Medford office for almost a year now, the office staff/doctors are accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. The office as a whole is extremely clean and always very festive which makes it great for the kids to walk into. Everyone is always so welcoming and pleasant! They make every appointment quick and easy and the office is always decorated for the season! Just a great experience every time.... One daughter just had braces removed after nearly 4 years, next week my other daughter will be coming in to get evaluated for braces. We will still be coming here for a while :)

Coolsmiles Orthodontics is truly the best place to go for you and your family's orthodontic needs. With three children, all needing braces, the doctors and staff become family. Not only are they knowledgeable about the best treatment for each child, they always remember what they spoke about with my kids on their previous visit and follow up with them about it. The doctors and staff make connections with the children and include them in both conversation and treatment plans. They have monthly contests and events, do wonderful charity work, and the annual patient appreciation BBQ every summer is something I have never experienced from any other doctor's office! Even during these unprecedented times, we have always felt safe in their care with the entire staff taking the necessary precautions to continue to keep providing the excellent services we have come to depend on. I have recommended this office many times and have yet to have someone not feel the same way I do. We are so appreciative of Dr. David and his staff for the excellent care we have received over the past 11 years.
