Thorough work but not very compassionate or gentle. Straight to the point, definitely felt like a business not a medical practice. It's really nice when having dental work done to be walked through the work being done. There was none of that. I was just told, "you'll feel some pressure" but there was a lot of poking, pulling, pushing, grinding, drilling, AND stitching, NONE of it was described to me as it was being done. I wasn't even told I was going to get or need stitches! If you have to get this type of dental work done, you know It's already an anxiety filled (and possibly emotional) appointment so to be met with a little extra patience and compassion and provided continuous explanation and reassurance throughout the procedure would make a huge difference.

Dr. Clevenger is very knowledgeable and made my son feel very comfortable with the procedure and what to expect. I saw Dr. Morris who was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend either provider. Office staff were all friendly and did a good job explaining insurance coverage and potential costs based on my plan.

I entered my first appointment ready for what I thought was going to be a needed intrusive and expensive removal of an old first generation implant.Dr. Meyers had some well thought out inexpensive alternative treatments to try first that he thought had a reasonable chance to avoid very intrusive oral surgery.Dr Myers and his staff were great and I am glad that they are treating me. It really was a great experience if a visit to an Oral Surgeon can be described as great.

I just had two wisdom teeth removed. It was a great experience before and during the procedure. They communicate very well with their patients, do what they can to make them feel comfortable, and really seem to enjoy their work. Afterward (right now) is miserable, but they give a lot of information on what to do, things to expect or may occur while healing after surgery.

Everyone was so caring and considerate, and worked within my wishes even though another route (sedation) would have been easier for probably everyone involved. I had a mess of an infected impacted wisdom tooth to get out, plus two others but they did what they could to comfort me, and literally held my hand though it. It was difficult and they handled it and me so well I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much!

Have not yet had the procedure but my consultation appointment today helped me to feel safe and more comfortable. Dr Clevenger and his staff were polite, efficient, knowledgeable and gave me the time to ask questions. I am not by any means excited for the procedure, however, I trust that all will go well after the information received today,

I came in to have a wisdom tooth removed and I couldn’t be more grateful with how they took care of me! Thank you to Dr Myers and all of the staff who exceeded in making me feel safe. This was my first time in their office and I was impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism. I also need to mention that they were able to get me an appointment within a couple months, which I was so grateful for! I typically have to wait 6 months - 1 year with other oral surgeons. These guys are 100% worth the wait and I’m very grateful to have finally experienced a positive experience at the dentist.

The reason I'm saying 2 is because when we went to the appointment to set a day for my daughter's wisdom teeth removal the nurse we had was rude to my daughter and short with her and condescending. The dentist was nice and everyone else. Then when she came in 3 days after the removal of 4 wisdom teeth and another bad tooth and in extreme pain and not able to eat for days not even yogurt and throwing up the whole time she could hear them laughing at her while waiting to go back and talking about her and what should she expect after 3 days and my daughter told me it was the same nurse. I'm super not happy at all. Everyone else super nice.

Huge female support group and all of whom I had contact with were exceptional. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable clearly spending extra time explaining procedures. Dr. Myers reviewed options before proceeding using clearXrays. Plus the “nurse” (with 30 plus years experience) became my friend with perfect Lidocaine injections leading to a quick nearly painless extraction. Later same day follow up call was appreciated.

Super long wait on the front end... but crazy fast on the procedure side. Price was also so reasonable, we didn't even bother with doing OHP for secondary insurance. These guys are pros. Only advice would be to schedule consult/x rays/ planning appt and have realistic knowledge of all steps first. We lost time and money and felt tricked, and yet got great service at a good price, so walkEd away happy w this office! Not the dumb process. Ask all the questions!!! Healthcare in the US is a mess/scam/obstacle to be overcome with mass voice/action.
