The dentist is very nice and friendly.While this dentist office excels in efficiency, getting you in and out.The open environment lacks privacy, making it a little uncomfortable as you overhear what should be private conversations. Also seeing other patients procedures- treatments as they are being seen by the dentist in a very open one room 4 table setup can be a bit overwhelming.

Took thousands and now he has thousands in repair and damages.THE ONLY REASON THEY HAVE 5 STAR REVIEWS IS BECAUSE THE THREATEN YOU IF YOU LEAVE A BAD REVIEW. The refused to even look at my sons botched mouth until i removed my review said “sorry your child can’t be seen here because you left a bad review” about the dentist.My son got emergency extraction at sache location. Due to the urgency, and the lack of preparation of these facilities, 5 people had to hold him down to extract his tooth.December 2023. The rudest most vile dentist I've ever encountered at Melissa location BOTCHED my sons mouth charged us $2500, on top of the $400 they charged for extraction. After the trauma he endured at Sache location, I went to check on MY 6 YEAR old once. Dentist annoyed, then time went by, I wanted to go check on him again, this dentist had the audacity to say "JESUS CHRIST THIS PARENT" as i was standing at the door. Umm he's 6 years old, if i want to pull up a chair and SIT BESIDE HIM I CAN HE IS A MINOR. And after his traumatizing experience a week prior sorry i wanted to check on my baby. Vile. Disgusting. Oh then she "retired" the next day.This dentist DID NOT DO THE CROWN OR SPACER CORRECTLY they fell out after two weeks.We tried to get him back in ASAP, and every single appt got canceled on their end"We have no dentist available""There's a emergency""We have no dentist available"SO SEVEN MONTHS AFTER the neglectful care my son received, they finally got him in. And then told us, it'll be $1000 to replace crown and spacer.Um, no, you've taken over $3000 from us. Your dentist botched my sons mouth, you're not getting another penny for his mouth.So i call, i call, i call, i call probably 20 times, and i ask for a reasonable solution to our sons situation, because it was due to their negligence not ours. And"Promise I'll call you back today by 4pm"Crickets.Call back "oh i promise I'll call you by end of day"Crickets."Oh I'll call you back at the end of today" JULY 12th IT IS JULY 31ST AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PROMISED PHONE CALL BACK.So, i call, and she tells me "yea, no, we aren't going to fix it" i said "you're literally telling me that you're not going to fix the problem due to the negligence on your doctors behalf? Not ours."Then i ask for a GM, HR, President."We don't give out that information we can have her call you"Ummm I've been promised phone calls back now for 9 months and have not gotten any back.They are liars. They are neglectful. They will force you to remove reviews.We now have to go through the process of suing to get the money back for the botched work they did. This was not a minor mistake, they completely botched my sons entire mouth up, including his two front teeth.Run. There are no bad reviews because they get them removed. By form of threat. Will tell you "we can't talk to you bc you wrote a bad review"Email i sent. In pictures. No response. WAS MY LAST ATTEMPT OF BEING NICE AFTER 9 MONTHS OF HELL WITH THIS PLACE.Kind of like they would call back the other 20 times I've called since his spacer and crown fell out. The have no "hr number, no dm number"Got a call from COO she's very sweet and nice, but still saying all they are charging us is "cost" for crown and spacer. Aka $400-$700. I found out online they're as cheap as $15.00 so, no resolution, and not being told the truth but at least she's nice. 5 stars for her kindness, -10 for lying. I looked on reputable pediatric dental sites, and shows the cost of the items they need to resolve this solution is no more than $100. So the lies do not stop. It's not ok. You messed up. You fix it, $400-$700 for one crown and one spacer is NOT cost.THEY SENT A CERTIFIED LETTER BECAUSE I LEFT A BAD REVIEW HORRIBLE now they’re threatening me bc i called them out. Unethical.

I was really worried about my daughter going to the dentist as she's had some life altering experiences causing PTSD with medical officials .. however she did WONDERFUL , they took the time to show her what they would be using on her and how they use it .. they walked her thru the process and even was super patient with her as she has adhd and has a hard time sitting still and following directions . This is definitely our dentist of choice and will be returning!

Texas Tiny Teeth is the best dentist for my 3 kids! They're great with them all, aged 2, 4, and 7. My kids don't have any anxiety about going to the dentist and they're so gentle, calm, and patient with my kids. We used the Greenville location first but then switched to the Melissa location because it was closer. I was nervous about switching locations at first but they're both great!

If zero stars were an option l would have chosen it. This place does not communicate with their patients and are beyond disorganized. When we showed up for my son's scheduled appointment to get crowns, they informed me that they changed his treatment plan. No call prior, no heads up that my copay will be more or that the dentist that originally scheduled the procedure is gone and a new dentist is doing it instead. We ended up having to reschedule for another date to accommodate the change in treatment. The day of the procedure we were rushed out before my son was fully awake from anesthesia and I was not provided any discharge paperwork. I was also informed that I was going to get a refund, as I overpaid. Fast forward to 1.5 months later when I get a call at 4:11 pm to inform me that I owe over $500 for the procedure and won't be able to bring my son to his scheduled appointment the next morning at 8 am unless I pay the balance. When I asked why I am only being informed now of the balance, I was told they are behind in catching up. Horrible excuse. Don't waste your time with this dentist, they are a mess!

I researched ton of dentists for my kiddos 10 and 2 and so glad I chose Texas Tiny Teeth in Melissa. The ladies there were so great to my girls. Very professional, patient, polite and informative. And Dr Lee was WONDERFUL! My 2 y/o is a handful but the Doctor was very good to her. I highly recommend TTT to any parent looking for a dentist home for their kids.

I just moved to the area recently and this has been the best experience at the Doctors office since we moved here. I have children ranging from 16yrs to 13 months. All of them had a great experience. My 6yr old stated that all of the staff was super nice. It was an easy check in. All the paperwork was sent before hand. Communication was great. Just over all a great experience.

We've been thrilled every single time with the service we get at Texas Tiny Teeth. We've been to several of their locations and everyone is always nice, but the Melissa location is our favorite! Their office manager Chelsea has to be one of the nicest humans on the planet!! I'm frequently hauling all three of my boys in by myself. She realized I was in over my head and asked if she could hold the baby while his brothers got their exams so I could concentrate on them. The next time I came in with all of them, she did the same. It was just that little extra kindness that means so much! Everyone in that office knows their patients, but she KNOWS them. She asks about their interests and talks to them instead of over them. She's really more like family now and we'll forever be patients because she and the entire team at the Melissa location make things so easy and painless. My boys LOVE going to the dentist! I can't say enough about how great they are!!

All 3 of my girls go here. One has had teeth pulled. The oldest being 11 loved the dentist explaining the numbering of teeth and why they are that way.Antonia used a real time camera to show us parents the youngest molars just popping into her gums. It was something we hadn't got at any other dentist. It's a must have now!I definitely will keep taking the kiddos back and will refer anyone here. The staff is always warm, welcoming and understanding that my schedule is hectic.

They were awesome, very kid friendly and understanding of my children’s behavior. I had all four of my kids with me which can be hectic sometimes. The dentist was sweet, the staff worked together to accommodate one of my kids who was afraid of the suction device. I highly recommend this dentist office and will continue to take my children here.
