Go anywhere but this place! I have never had worse service in my life from a place! They canceled my service do to payments but are not even possibly to get a hold of give you the run around on someone will call you back and never does! My braces have now been on for months without being able to get them off because I can’t even get ahold of the “right person” their service is terrible when you are there. They care about the money and that is it! They will do anything to get you to sign a contract and as soon as you do you are screwed. I went through west coast dental from my sons braces instead of them and would definitely recommend them over this placeThis place is such a joke it’s an automatic reply with a number that gives you the same damn employees that can not help you pathetic!

The girls in the front and in the back are amazing! Especially Araceli. When no one else was listening to me about my son’s dental issue, Araceli made it her mission to help me as much as she could and I can’t thank her enough! I truly appreciate everyone in there. Araceli, I pray God covers you in his blood each and every day. Thank you

This is an updated review: Originally I was sold on the references for Braces By Garcia, and after the invisalign treatment I am very pleased. But time has passed - - - Covid happened and I was not allowed in to get checked for a while. By the time that was over with I had moved from the area. The invisalign style of retainer that is given (post correction) breaks too easily. Twice it happened. They offered a more permanent retainer if you subscribed to it, but does you no good if you move from the area and can't make it there for replacement.So now, my lower teeth are crooked again, after paying for this expensive treatment.I only recommend if you decide to always live in the area where you can replace your retainers at their subscription rate.It has been a couple years since I moved away, so maybe their policy is better, or have improved the quality of the retainer they provide by now.

I'm so glad that we decided to go with Braces By Garcia for our 2 daughters, 9 and 11. Our experience so far has been excellent! The process was simplified and smooth. The front office staff has been kind and very accommodating to all of our scheduling needs. The orthodontist's along with technicians are thorough, gentle, efficient and kind as well! We highly recommend!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Horrible customer service after you are in treatment. Front office can care less about customer service and they pretty much act like they don’t care if you go somewhere else.Either they are so busy that they need to expand in order to give better service or they need to hire better front office. We have always made it on time, and always had to wait 10-15 to be seen. They expect you to respect their time but they don’t do the same.

Horrible experience twice now. I definitely would not recommend this business and hate I signed a contractual agreement with this organization, and I use that term loosely. It is not a practice of mine to patron a business that hires blatantly prejudice staff members. Had I known this fact prior to starting treatment I would have definitely went elsewhere, anywhere that respects everyone and not just choice favorites. You can keep your damage control statement I don’t need any contrived words to down play my experience. My suggestion to you is you do better in hiring people that will treat everyone with respect! ✊🏾

When I arrived for my appointment on August 21 at 10:10 AM at the Menifee location, I expected my appointment to go like any other day. I expected to be examined and to have the color scheme in my braces switched out. That’s it and that’s all. I wasn’t expecting mistreatment and unnecessary roughness.However, unfortunately I was met with blatant prejudice and obvious disrespect by a tech named Julie. I have been a patient with braces by Garcia for about a year now and I am current on my tab. I deserve, like the rest of the non-colored patients, to be treated with respect. I don’t take issue with Julie having an apparent prejudice against Melanated people, I take issue with Julie projecting her prejudice on me at my appointment. The lady not once introduced herself, not once asked me anything, and when it came time out to switch out my color scheme she literally dangled the ring of colors in my face as opposed to asking me to pick a color. It would be in the best interest of the hiring staff to implement cultural and sensitivity training.I have had the same experience with the same tech twice and at the same location. The first time I let the issue go. The second time I bought The attention of the issue to the staff and management as well as Mr. Garcia. If I continue to receive rude rough and prejudice treatment, I will pursue legal action because again, I deserve to be respected just like everyone else.

Today my daughter and i went in for a consultation and I have to say the staff there was great the doctor was nice and they were quick. the cost was more affordable then other places I have been and more then likely this will be the orthodontist I will choose to get work done from. i have another consultation with my primary doctors office and from there I will make a decision. I will post my experience along the way if I decide to chose braces by Garcia. Great 1st impression! 👏

It has been a Wonderful environment for my 8 year old son! Everyone working here has made my son feel comfortable. He is no longer afraid to go to the orthodontist and as a mother that feels great!! This is my second experience with a child needing braces. My older son got his braces elsewhere and I wish I had known of Braces by Garcia then😩 I can honestly say that I highly recommend Braces by Garcia!!!!
