Peninsula Smiles

They are an awesome team. I’ve been going here for years and was referred by my friend that used to work at their old office. They are very professional, informative and genuine. During covid-19 they have taken the initiative to send out an email on active steps the office is doing. They sent follow up email and calls on new protocols. I appreciate the time and effort they take to keep the community safe as well as informing patients new procedures. Their staff is wonderful.

First there's the front desk staff: So so friendly and efficient. Just a pleasure.Then there's Dr. Nabeta: So soft spoken, thorough, knowledgeable and reassuring. Then Aaron, the technician: Made the panoramic Xray easy and fast, with a few good jokes thrown in. Then there's Tess, the hygienist: Wow! She was relentless and energetic about getting every bit of plaque and tartar off my teeth. And fun to talk to. And for my second appointment, Kristine was my hygeinist and she was fantastic as well. I just recently switched to this dentistry office and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend. Also, the facility is state of the art, spotless and tranquil.

I have been going to this dental practice for over 38 years. Outstanding office staff and doctors. From the moment you walk in they greet you, know your name and are very welcoming. My last visit was this week on an emergency regarding my tooth that came off. I called Dr. Nabeta off hours and left him a message regarding the problem. Within 5 minutes he called me back and told me he would see me the next morning. I got in and he took care of the problem. Dr. Nabeta is not only an outstanding dentist, but he is personable and very nice! I highly recommend him and his office!

Had my regular 6 month’s appointment at Peninsula Smiles today. As usual, it was just such a pleasant visit! Dr. Selcedo was so efficient and gentle, gave me great suggestions to care for my teeth! Kristin Washburn, did a fantastic cleaning job on my teeth! Great to see Dr. Scott Nabeta, who also had taken care of me! No cavities! My bridge came off during dinner, after I have been chewing on something sticky earlier in the day. I called the office the next morning. Marilyn went out of her way to figure out a way to fit me in that day. Dr. Nabeta was also kind enough to make room in his schedule for me which I truly appreciate . Thanks Dr. Nabeta and staff for great service.

This is THE dental office you actually won't dread going to. Dr. Nabeta and Dr. Morita, are far and away the best of the best. Thorough, gentle, informative; there is no over treating, just sound judgement about what you may need now, what you can wait on, and prevention. In the bay area, if you can get to Menlo Park, this is where you want to go.

I have never been to a more personable, thoughtful, and thorough dentist than Dr Morita and the Peninsula Smiles practice is excellent! Top-notch technology and a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The front office staff is exceptionally good as well. I came in with an acute problem and needed to be referred to a specialist. While I was being evaluated further by Dr Morita, the front office team called around to find specialists in the area who could see me that day so that I could go immediately from Peninsula Smiles to the other specialist. This level of customer service is wonderful!

I'm a new patient at Peninsula Smiles this year, and so far I've had a great experience. I was very satisfied with my previous dentist, but I had to find a new dentist after we moved to the area. I was sure I wouldn't be able to find a better dental provider, but Peninsula Smiles exceeded my expectations. I had a very helpful consult with my dentist, where she answered all of my questions (and I learned a great deal about my dental health). On top of that, the staff were all very friendly and warm. I look forward to my second appointment later this year!

My experience at Peninsula Smiles was very positive. My only comment is:The technician who worked with me ( cleaning) did not comment onmy teeth. It would be most helpful to get some feedback before leaving the office. Obviously, there was some concern re. one of my teeth, but noone (that I recall) talked with me about it. Ex-rays were taken, but no feedback. As a 93-year-old adult with my "marbles," it seems to methat someone (the hygienist?) could have had a conversation with me,the patient, about that tooth.

I usually see Dr. Morita, but I had a dental emergency (a tooth chip) so Dr. Nabeta accomodated me in short notice and fixed my tooth in 20 minutes. Both doctors are absolutely amazing! Everyone in the office is welcoming and friendly while remaining professional, and I’m always finished before I expect to be. My visits are quick, painless, and actually enjoyable.
