I can not talk about our positive experience with them enough. And I will continue to recommend them to all family and friends in need of ortho treatment. To say the least our child’s treatment has not been an easy journey but they have made it as seamless as possible. When referring us out for other treatments they have gone as far as to schedule appointments for us making everything so easy and stress free. They have referred us to other amazing top of the line drs( plastic surgeon at Stanford, oral surgeon for wisdom teeth) Dr. Tavares is the best and her staff is amazing. The office is well kept. If I had to use one word to describe them overall it would be exceptional.

Our 13 yo daughter has been going there for nearly a yr. We had what was apparently a 10 min appt (which seems shorter then most) at 350pm. My wife was 5 minutes late (taking time off work, getting our other kid from camp, etc) and was parking, when the front office staff called and said she was too late , they close at 4pm and that we had to reschedule. Sure, being late is rarely good. But a bit more family friendly approach would be appreciated. We've certainly waited in their waiting room to be seen on several occasions.

I've been to a number of orthodontists and this has been the best experience yet. Really friendly staff, well-organized, minimal wait time, nice facility, and most importantly a great orthodontist who explains your case and your options clearly and honestly. Others I've been to have felt like a sales pitch, but Dr. Tavarez was refreshingly honest about which options made sense, saving me a lot of money and hassle.
