I cant say enough about Dr Khan office. They are fabulous. The MA Jen is amazing. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and explained everything in detail so she felt comfortable.Dr Khan was amazing. She explained everything to my daughter from beginning to end.Highly Recommend

I checked out two other practices before choosing Khan Orthodontics. I was kindly greeted by front desk when I walked in. At first, I spoke w/ NP Coordinator Jen, she puts you at ease with her funny and spirited personality. She is extremely informative about insurances and answers all your questions. At the time I was 47 yrs old & very particular how I wanted my teeth to look as well as being unsure if braces were the best choice for me. I liked how Dr. Khan explained the different options and phases of treatment and attentively listened to my concerns. 3 years later I knew I made the right choice. I was in good hands with excellent quality of care and service.. Dr. Khans clinical staff gave a level of care, professionalism, and commitment that was beyond superior. You could easily see they are a meticulous staff who genuinely care about patient needs. This is a busy practice and now I understand why, everybody wants the best! We came for a free initial consult. We were told that our insurance will not be billed for the evaluation and c-rays. But insurance was billed, and paid. When we contacted the office we were told that we were mistaken, and money were not returned.You need to take a written statement that visit is free before going.

Truly a terrible place. I would give zero stars but I can’t. Staff is very rude, doctors are condescending, they will also try their best to have you pay more, be as aware as you can be. Work done was not great, came to fix an overbite my teeth were already straight. Left with the same smile. I can’t make this up, just go somewhere else.

Very disappointed with the Khan Orthodontic Group!!! I was told that the consult for my son was a free one consult, especially since I planned on consulting with other groups. Khan was my 2nd consult out of 4, and the ONLY firm to file a claim through my insurance. My EODB came weeks later, and a claim was submitted by Khan. I think it's unprofessional to mislead prospective clients. I chose to get the work done by another Orthodontic regardless of their higher price. I would recommend that people triple check with Khan if they are doing consults, but it wouldn't matter if they advertise free consults, and file the claim weeks later, by then it's too late. Granted i did not have to pay any monies but it's the principle of it that bothers me since my great insurance company paid them for a free consult.

My son just completed his 3 years of braces with Dr. Khan’s office, I must say I’m really happy I chose Dr. Khan for his braces. Not only am I impressed with the results, I’m also satisfied with the team of people that works there, they’ve provided excellent customer service and the office manager Michelle assisted me when I had a dilemma and was overwhelmed. As a former employee of Healthplex I’ve gotten to know quite a few Ortho offices by what members would call and complain about-DR KHAN’S OFFICE(never)

The treatment was not up to par some staff were friendly. I was in formed that they were milking the process. My insurance company told me for 24 months our out of pocket was 700ish dollars and I was being charged more than double. The brackets are inly 5 dollars but if they break they charge 75 plus among other things the ins comp told me. The ins company is investigating. Just be careful and question the prices. Contact your ins companies.

I would recommend this office to everyone. My family started here in the 90s, my 2 older brothers and myself and now both of my sons. I love the staff, they are friendly and super helpful....Michelle helped me wait for my insurance to pay for everything. She's the best. but so is everyone else there. Thank you doctors and staff at Khan Orthodontics. My dentists say that my boys and I have great teeth.

This orthodontic office is the best irtholedic office ever. It is the best experience with braces I ever had. I suggest you go there the staff and doctors there are extremely nice, thoughtful and are amazing at what they do it is a spacious office that is very comfortable. They provide you with every thing you need to know and they have all sorts of braces of your choice and budget. Come to this orthodontic office for your braces.I have been there and I love going there than any other doctors in the world go there it rocks.
