These are such good dentists that we are willing to drive one hour to get there. Sometimes even more. Dr. Gaertner is a top professional with a golden eye for any small issue. And he has a lot of patience as I am hyper/over sensitive patient. And they don't push to do work as you see in this areas. Many dentists want to give you a new smile but they miss the really issues like cavities or hiding infection. The office assistants are very welcoming. My hygienist is very sweet and details oriented. She takes the time it takes to clean deeply . The office is very very clean. Thank you Mumu for recommending this place. highly recommended.

Being a lifetime patient due to genetics and poor dental care in my childhood I have to see a dentist quite often. I had different dentists over the years but this practice is the best I have been ( and I can say that I tried quite a few). They literally put a smile on my face by redoing bad dental work from the past.Pilar is amazing by providing the explanations on the cost, scheduling appointments and working relentlessly with the insurance companies in order to get the maximum amount covered. Doctor Ilon is a perfectionist and made sure my crown looks natural. I highly recommend them if you need dental work or simply regular check-ups and cleaning. The office is spotless, the staff is so kind, and Dr. Gardner is amazing. Dr. Gardner was very kind, gentle, and informative. I've always been terrified of the dentist since I was a kid and needed to have some work done two of my back teeth. I was so scared coming in I canceled my appointment the first time around. When I finally came in upon rescheduling, I was shaking and given a little squishy to keep myself calm. The irony was I had nothing to worry about, Dr. Gardner administered the numbing so well, not only did I not feel the injections, I fell asleep during the procedure at some point!! Thank you so much for keeping my smile healthy. I highly recommend.

I was in town for business and experienced a dental emergency. I was lucky enough to be seen by Dr. Gaertner at Miami Beach Smiles. Not only did they squeeze me in, but Dr. Gaertner was extremely thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly a great person. He saved me from a much bigger issue and was able to get me back to my meetings in a timely fashion. The entire staff was great. In my almost 40 years alive, I've never had such a warm, safe, and painless experience at a dentist's office - and that is ALL thanks to the exemplary work of Dr. Ilon Choai. I had to come in last minute due to severe pain in my tooth, and Ilon had my comfort in mind every step of the way. I am so grateful & relieved to have found this brilliant dentist. The office staff was equally careful & kind, the office is beautiful & clean. Just an amazing experience. Look no further the next time you are in need of a dentist.

I am new to the area. Finding a good dentist is a very important priority for me. As I have ongoing issues with my teeth and gum. After my first visit, I have to say I am very impressed. Everyone was courteous and friendly. The doctor was very thorough and quick to pick up my history. The hygienist was amazing and gentle. I have to say, the cleaning I got was one the best ones I have ever received. I highly recommend this place!!

I’ve been to many dental practices, and this is one of the best! They value your time. The staff is very friendly. Angie the dental hygienist is gentle and highly efficient, she’s my favorite. Dr Gaertner is a great proffesional, he was extremely gentle with my tooth extraction and bone graft, I had no pain, just some swelling. Overall, I’m very happy with them.

The staff have all the COVID safety protocols in place. The hygienist wears a surgical mask over her N-95, and the entire staff have professional PPE. Everything is spotless. No waiting with others in the waiting room- you come up when they are ready for you. They have a ventilation system in place and make every effort to avoid aerosols collecting. Friendly, good service, I’ve been seeing them for a few years now and highly recommend.
