I went to this ortho solely based on google reviews and instagram stalking lol. This place is incredible. From the staff, to the office, to the Dr. herself. They go above and beyond to answer any question, schedule you in if any brackets pop off in the middle of the night and make sure that you are on track to getting the perfect smile. The system they run is efficient and you are able to schedule around your work day, which was very important for me. My braces are finally off and i have never loved my smile more! Thank you to Dr Crespi, the assistants, and the whole front desk team.Superstars 🌟

Yesterday I drove 3 hours from Key West all the way to there office and all I have to say is IM SO HAPPY I WALKED IN. I was on invisalign for 5 years and was looking to see how much adult braces would cost. The orthodontist where I live was way too expensive I was charged $95 even though it was "free" consultation. So I looked up lakes orthodontist and decided why not? Everyone there was super nice and accommodating they didn't charge me for xrays and Dr. Carmen actually listened to my concerns and answered all my questions!! I can't remember the one lady's name I feel bad but she helped me the whole time along side the Dr. of course. She was amazing honestly she broke down everything told me all the plans they had and she made me feel comfortable everyone there did. I walked in thinking it was going to be as expensive as the last doctor and I probably couldn't afford it but no for the first time ever I have braces ahhh I'm so happy!! If your contemplating coming to this orthodontist office do it, I legit drove 3 hours and it was the best decision ever.

Both my young sons have had to get braces in order to widen up their upper jaw so their adult teeth will have space to grow and Dr. Crespi and all her assistants have been the best! They are patient and kind. They answer all my kids’ questions with a good attitude. They are great about being prompt for your appointment and you get in and out quickly. Both my kids now have straight teeth and space for their adults teeth to come in! Very grateful for this office so close to home! Highly recommend them.

Just finished treatment and had an amazing experience. Dr. Crespi and her staff are wonderful, they really take the time to listen to you and your concerns and preferences. Dr. Crespi was the only orthodontist that let me use clear aligners on the top and braces on the bottom (I was not a candidate for clear aligners due to my severe crowding). Recently finished my treatment and I’m so happy with the results! Can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Dr. Crespi and the girls!

This review is long overdue. Getting braces as an adult, can be extremely intimidating. From my initial consultation, Dr. Crespi & her staff really made it very easy to feel at ease with my decision to get braces. Everyone is friendly, natural and just genuinely nice. Any time that I've needed to pop into the office for anything, they've been great. I'd recommend Dr. Crespi 1000% to anyone needing braces!

Dr. Crespi at Lakes Orthodontics goes above and beyond when it comes to her patients the staff as well they are always professional and courtesy my sons had their braces done with Dr. Crespi there's nothing that she want do to resolve any issues that you may have trust me when I had an issue getting an appointment with his primary doctor Dr. Crespi jumped right on it and called me personally with an appointment date the same day for the following week her and her staff explains everything thoroughly I love Lakes Orthodontics and would refer them without a doubt Dr. Crespi and Staff gets 10 STARS 💫 from the Sweet Family ❤️❤️

A beautiful experience...especially for my daughter Maria who is happy with her new Orthodontic appliances. The office is easy to access and very clean, the workers are very committed to their work, the care is excellent and there is little delay in the treatments that are all done by the same Doctor in Orthodontics. Just thank you all in general for such a nice experience on our first visit

Dr.Crespi and her staff have been great! My daughter is receiving treatment at Lakes orthodontics and the whole process has been a breeze. Dr.Crespi has explained everything very clear and precise, I’ve felt confident I understand every step being taken to perfect my little one’s smile. Her staff know what they’re doing and are very polite everyone greets you with a smile. Setting up appointments has been really easy and every time we show up we’re attended right away. Any doubts I have the manager is always available to help with. 5 star experience all around really glad I chose Lakes orthodontics.

They asked if my mom was satisfied with the work and my mom stated she was only concerned about a small gap. The Dr called my mom & rudely spoke to her as it was super unprofessional for her to tell my mom “ i don’t make new mouths” My mom only made a comment on a concern she had like a normal person.. but the way Dr spoke to her was super rude & def was a more professional way to talk. However, the girl that took my braces off was super nice.
