From the moment we came in all the staff, assistants, and the Doctor were very comforting. I came in with my 3 children and they welcomed us with nothing but kindness. From the receptionists at the front accommodating our appointments with our busy schedule, to Linda with her sweet demeanor and thorough financial explanations, to Dr. Prieto's honesty and kind-hearted concern, we had such an amazing experience for a not so comfortable situation in this stage of our children's lives. We are ever so grateful to our extraordinary dentist, Dr. Elena Menendez from Mainstreet Dentistry across the hall, for recommending Dr. Prieto and his wonderful ortodontistry office. My daughter started with her braces journey about a few months ago. I wasn’t sure who to use, but her dentist recommended Dr. Prieto and they set up my daughter’s first evaluation. He sat with us, discussed everything that was going to occur. He was very informative and he and his staff made this journey an easy one. My daughter enjoys coming to the orthodontist as they are so friendly and kind! I have never been so happy and recommend everyone who has a child that needs braces to come and see Dr. Prieto! He will not only make your time there a pleasant one, but assure your child leaves with a perfect smile!

Went for a consultation at this place, I spoke to a Xiomara who told me the visit would be free. I was a patient in 2014 and my teeth shifted, getting there and asking about the consultation, I was told it would be $50. The manager came over and was very rude about the situation. Having paid thousands on my braces, you’d think they’d be more helpful and want want my business but instead they were extremely dismissive and not at all the nice staff once there years ago. I felt unwelcome and instead am going to a much better ortho. Shame.

We actually came to Dr. Prieto for a second opinion and he took his time to explain his reasoning behind why the treatment plan was a good fit and although I know he is busy I never felt rushed or dismissed. I really appreciate that because I'm no expert and this is expensive! I want to feel and know that my child is being cared for well. I definitely feel that way here. All the staff are so wonderful, professional and respectful. Special thanks to Linda who is always courteous, and clearly shows that she enjoys her work.

Dr Hector Prieto and his team are have done an amazing job! We are so pleased with our final results!! Everyone on his staff is so nice, accommodating and professional. Our case was a bit complicated, and Dr. Prieto managed to do a beautiful job considering all that needed to be done. Even during these difficult times, they managed to continue our treatment and keeping patients safe. We are 1000% happy with the care and treatment we received at Main Street. The place is very old but also theDoctor did not give me the referralSurgeon that my son needs because I had to sign a contract with him, I do not recommend that place to any child

Mainstreet Orthodontics is the best, hands down. I had braces here when I was a kid and by my fault, I didn't stay consistent after my retainer broke. So, many years later I came back and saw Dr. Prieto for treatment again to fix spacing. I came back because Dr. Prieto is the best around and really knows his stuff. The results are perfect and I couldn't be happier. I even had him make me a backup retainer just to be safe this time.
