As a parent of three teens, they always want to have the most beautiful smile, after months of researching all over south Florida, I came across Miami Bay Oral Health. I debated wether to call or text, I went ahead and texted them, I was speechless with the amount of professionalism and customer service they have, was able to book a consultation appointment with 24 hrs. When I arrived at the practice, I was amazed on how effectively and efficient their check-in is. The staff is top notch knowledgeable and work as a team, family oriented. The Orthodontist is the most down to earth loving professional I have ever met in South Florida, and the saying of open door policy when it comes to Office Manager…Wow she puts the cherry on top of the icing, she is loving, respectful, and her best quality is she listens and places close attention to the patients and families needs. The front desk are very welcoming and answered all of questions and concerns. This review is not paid advertisement, my daughters are real patients of Miami Bay Oral Health, and I a a proud parent to say, not only have their smile changed, but their confidence and bucal health. Today I had the best experience I had so much pain I came so nervous to my appointment. Today Jennifer was amazing with me she took her time & explain like the doctor I love the she was so careful & patient with me. So please don’t be afraid to come & see her. Today, was my last appointment here at Miami Bay Oral Health. I really enjoyed there services for the past 3 years. Ali was very delicate and smooth while removing my braces with little pain. Gema took her sweet time while cleaning my teeth. She did an awesome job both of them. I really appreciate you both. Thank you so much. I love my teeth.

Very happy with my results and I like their new location! I just got my braces off; it was 2 1/2 year of driving to Dade Co. but it was worth it. They are the most economical (for self-pay) when it comes to pricing for braces . I've referred a couple of people here and have heard no complaints. I thought it strange they didn't have a phone number, but quickly adjusted to their chat style of communication. Their response time is pretty good.
