Very professional, kind, and dedicated to each patient. The staff always supported me and helped me to accommodate my appointments at my best convenience. I am very thankful with Dr. Palacios and all his staff to change my smile for the prettiest version. I loved the results.

This has been the best experience i had! I switched to Dr. Palacios office after receiving poor treatment at other orthodontist. The entire staff at Dr. Palacios office is beyond caring and considerate. I’ve never had a bad experience here in the 2 years i have been a patient. Although I’m overly excited to finally have my braces removed I’m definitely going to miss the staff and treatment i received.

I've been coming to the Kendall location and Cutler Bay locations for 12 years and the staff has always been really nice and attentive. They do their job well and I am so happy with my teeth for all these years. I've followed their instructions and have never had an issue. After wearing my braces, I got my permanent retainers in, and my teeth have been perfect ever since. Whenever some glue pops off my retainer, I always visit their offices for a good quick fix that lasts many years. I couldn't recommend these offices enough. Still, a very happy customer 12 years later!

The best place for braces ever!!! Their front desk service always greets you with a smile and all the laughs I’ve had here. My smile was horrible when I first got here and they made it look amazingly beautiful in less than 2 years. The best of the best right here. I always recommend them to all my friends. Always love and good vibes in this place. Lissette is the best, whenever you come pick her to do you’re teeth. ❤️❤️

Get ready to WAIT and WAIT and WAIT. The office staff have little to no idea how to gauge or manage appointments. I would suggest they invest in a good scheduling software and train on how to efficiently book appointments with consideration for their patients time. Get ready to WAIT as long as 1-2 hours after your scheduled appointment ! It's a shame that the office operates so poorly because Dr. Palacios is a very nice dentist.

💬Very Bad!! the administration! Few attentive and unprofessional. Also you call and call and they don't answer. If by chance you have any inconvenience and paid late. When Pay Todooo terminals .results it tells you that you have not had your payments that have not been posted. !!And you have to wait for the end of the month EVEN IF YOU HAVE PAID! for your child to be attended to. as if the human being were a $100 ticket that DESERVES compassion. The same person from the front desk denied me the presence of Magneger, Joselyn Silva. And it was better because TiVo minutes away than calling the offices who led the page and putting an order where there is none.....I love animalsMy 🐕 dog.
