Update: My daughter just got her braces on! The staff members were super nice and explained everything to us, and the process of putting brackets and braces on was really quick!We love this place! Everyone is so kind and personable. The paperwork even asked about my daughter’s interests. Because of this office, my daughter is very excited to get braces on!

We really enjoy it here. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. You feel welcomed the second you walk through the door. They offer different little games throughout the year for prizes and then have a point system also for doing good with your braces and school for rewards. It makes it fun for kids. They go over in depth of everything that they notice, find, and what happens each visit. Definitely recommend this place for orthodontics.

This office has not been honest with either of my children and their braces. We are still in braces over a year longer than they said we would have been. No matter the situation when we go in for visits it is our fault even when something breaks that they have never seen break before and they are more than happy to charge us extra every time. If you are shopping for braces for your children find another office where you will get taken care of much better and they will be up front with you about everything instead of blowing smoke.

This office has an amazing and friendly staff that always made me feel welcome! Huge shout out to Elizabeth for recommending me to Smile Straight for my Invisalign treatment and to the doctors there for informing me of the journey I was taking to perfect my smile! They have provided the best orthodontic treatment possible and I would 10/10 recommend Smile Straight Orthodontics!!

We are several years in on this place with my daughter. She started with an expander, and our experience initially was overall good. Our dentist wasn't too happy with us using Smile Straight, but they had really good reviews. Once we had our daughter's expander removed, our dentist then spent 30 minutes cleaning the adhesive off her teeth that the tech hadn't bothered to clean off. But our experience prior had been good, so we went ahead with the braces. The first time those were put on, we were barely out of the parking lot before a bracket was loose. Right now we are on our 5th broken bracket, and 2 of them are my daughter's fault. 3 have come off on their own within a day of having them put on. The last broken bracket she had, I made an appointment to get it fixed and they just took the bracket off and then made me another appointment for the following week to ACTUALLY fix it. These are half days of missed work for me and school for her that we really do NOT have time for! I don't get why they can't get the brackets on her teeth to stay. Now we're going to be paying extra money for broken brackets that are just not on there well. And I'm having to find subs and lose days off just run her back an forth to the orthodontist. Both of my younger kids will need braces too, but they won't be done here.

I highly recommend Smile Straight orthodontics. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with such smiling faces that start your morning off just right. Everything went so smooth & they were very informative on every option possible & what they thought was best for me & why. That made me very comfortable with the decision on going with the Invisalign process. It’s been a great. I’ve been very happy with my results.

The employees are professional and courteous. Everyone receives you with a smile. The receptionists were very thorough with the paperwork. The dental hygienists were always professional, and the work areas were always cleaned. The teamwork and camaraderie that everyone displayed were amazing! Dr. Sullivan and her entire team are hands down the most professional, friendly, welcoming and patient group of professionals I have encountered in Midland TX. I have had my braces for over 2years becuase of jaw surgery i had to go through and they have been with me every step of the way! After my jaw surgery I never thought my teeth would close properly again, but they worked their magic yet again. I am so happy with the treatment I received at Smile Straight Ortho and I know you would be too!!!!

Our son was referred to an orthodontist and we came across Smile Straight and are forever grateful!! Their office is exceptionally clean, the doctor was extremely helpful in explaining everything to us and walking us through the steps. The staff at the front are so welcoming and professional along with the assistants! We have had the best experience and will definitely be coming back soon with our other boys!
