My old dentist quit his practice so I tried Millwood Family Dental. Wow! Dr. Jensen told entertaining stories the whole time to me and his assistant and I was... Almost sad to get out of the chair and leave? 😂 He's also perfected the local anesthetic injection technique and I didn't even feel it-- big for me as a needle scaredycat. I was very satisfied with the attention to detail, the explanation of each process and the care and concern showed for me during the fillings. Every staff person was pleasant and they worked with me on billing economically as I don't have dental insurance. Happy to be a Millwood Family Dental patient :)

Dr Jensen and his entire staff are welcoming and friendly. Dr Jensen is a personable and talented dentist. Totally comfortable with him. All staff are top notch. C was a large part of my last procedure and is comforting, and competent all the while tossing out bits of info and best practices to keep me informed. Good folks.

My wife and I went here for about 2 years but recently switched to another dentist after constant billing issues. My wife and I are on different insurance plans and they mixed up our coverage and billed us using incorrect insurance information on multiple occasions. They didn’t check our insurance coverage before appointments and proceeded to take X-rays and evaluations that we had recently had so they weren’t covered by insurance. I spoke with the head of the billing department to find a solution to this issue and she was extremely defensive and unhelpful. I tried to explain that I just want to find a way to ensure we aren’t being billed unnecessarily in the future. She acknowledged that we were billed for unnecessary procedures but that we were to blame and should have stopped them before they did these procedures because they won’t check our insurance for coverage beforehand. We have never had this issue with other dentists.

I love the personal service. You feel like they care about you. Good people. I don't mind going to the dentist at all.
