All (5) of our kids have been treated by Red & Ritchey Orthodontics. Our oldest daughter is on the Autism Spectrum, and both Dr. Ritchey and staff work great with her! Appointments are easy to make or reschedule if your kids are active in sports or extracurricular activities.The only negative here is that Dr. Ritchey is an Alabama fan...Let's Go Vols🔶️

Staff is very personable, friendly, and accommodating with services. I recently had to schedule an emergency appointment for my son and they were able to get me in the same day. We've had the pleasure of working with both Dr. Red and Dr. Ritchie for over 2 years now and I've had nothing but a great experience with both of our boys at both of Joliet and Minooka offices.

Excellent customer service. The staff was friendly, smiled and greeted me and my family pleasantly upon arrival. The waiting area was comfortable and inviting. Pricing was explained clearly and with options that worked for my family. We were called to begin our appointment right one time. The bathroom was clean. The Dr. Ritchey was funny and entertaining. My son was comfortable with both him and Nia who took his images. The experience was wonderful and I highly recommend all who need orthodontic services to go to their location.

Thank you for getting my daughter in so last minute. She broke a bracket and was able to be seen at the Minooka location. They noticed she has an apt. in a week and just took care of it today. Thank you for not making me take 2 trips. I love the option of being able to get into a different location with a diff ortho, quickly and last minute. Red and Ritchie are the best!

Definitely the best Orthodontist! Both my kids and myself are patients of Dr. Ritchey. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and spends time going over any questions. The staff is phenomenal and always friendly! I really appreciate how they never make you wait and how quickly they can get you in for any reason. Highly recommend Dr. Ritchey.

If you don’t know where to go for an orthodontist look no further. I have been going here since I was a kid. The staff as a whole is friendly and knowledgeable, they’re like a little family. As for Doctor Ritchy he never disappoints. He is easy to ask questions to and does a good job of explaining everything to you upfront. He values your time so you won’t find yourself waiting in the waiting room for very long. I went to him as a kid and now as an adult and it’s always been a good environment and ortho experience. I highly recommend going to him.
