We’ve been patients of the Hilgers family since mid 90’s Dr. Hilgers dad treated my nephew with braces, than years later me as an adult needed braces and treated by his daughter Dr. Shannon Hilgers, same professional and caring treatment as years past. Everyone is very kind and caring and professional, make you feel at ease and relaxed. Will definitely recommend Dr. Hilgers and staff!

We had a wonderful experience at Dr. Hilgers Nissen’s office. The staff were warm and welcoming to our entire family (including my active three year old). They took the time to explain everything we needed to know about our treatment and answered all questions. Dr. Hilgers Nissen was kind, gentle and professional. I left feeling confident putting my children’s orthodontic care in her hands.

My daughter absolutely loves Dr. Nissen and the staff. They are all amazing. They are incredibly kind and patient and make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Excellent experience overall with Dr. Nissen and all the staff! They were very supportive with the entire braces process, and we received a customized retainer that works very well for my child. Dr. Nissen and her entire staff are so kind and friendly. I went to 3 other orthodontists for consultations until I met Dr. Nissen and decided to pursue Invisalign treatment with her. I’m so glad I did. I had a bad round of Invisalign with another provider in the past and we are currently fixing that, so far so good! This experience is 100x better. My two sons have been seeing Dr. Shannon Hilgers-Nissen for several years now, at first in preparation for braces, then during the time of having the braces, and post braces follow-up care.She has been fantastic, very thoughtful, thorough, and honest, not to mention great with kids! The entire staff at the office (front and back office) are all fantastic and pleasant to be around. I fully recommend Dr Shannon and will be going back to her for my daughters in the future.

This office has amazing professionals! They work with both kids and adults: Dr Hilgers Nissen did some orthodontic treatment for me almost 10 years ago, and I was very pleased with results. I recently called the office again to replace my lost retainer, and they promptly scheduled my appointment. The office is very efficient: usually you are seen almost immediately after checking in, and everybody is super friendly.

The braces process was explain very thoroughly and professionally. The office has such a fun and upbeat vibe not to mention cookies and coffee!
