The reviews you see here are not requested or prompted but they are true!I came to S&P for a consultation after being in treatment with another provider for 4 years, feeling unheard and seeing very little improvement in my teeth. I just wanted help.During the consultation Dr.Smith went tooth by tooth documenting the required correction. She was honest, direct and yet extremely kind. She understood what was going on and genuinely wanted to help me. I was sold.Each visit, Dr.Smith makes sure that she sees you and always takes her time to ensure you receive the proper treatment (even when it’s busy). S&P Orthodontics make it a priority to build relationships with their patients and are always fostering a welcoming environment.I’m only 5months into treatment at S&P and Dr.Smith has already resolved an issue my previous provider tried to solve for 2 years. I can finally smile again. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ll definitely be bringing my children to Dr.Smith when they’re ready for orthodontics treatment.

For the past few years, my daughter, who is now 14, has felt insecure about her smile. The general dentist heard her concerns and quickly recommended Smith and Pisklak for orthodontic treatment. I was a little hesitant because I didn't know what to expect. I decided to go ahead and call to schedule my daughter's appointment. From the inital phone call, the young lady was super sweet, kind and informative on what to expect for my daughter's first visit. I was very pleased with the customer service. Then on Jan 13th, I received a courtesy call to inform me that there may be a chance that their office would be closed on the 15th due to inclement weather. Another plus in my book!! I appreciated he heads up. We were able to be keep our appointment on the 15th as originally planned. As soon as my daughter and I walked in, we were quickly greeted. As I looked around, the office was clean and bright. Everyone were smiling and it was just good vibes. Then were called back by Lori, Dr. Smith's assistant. She was simply amazing. I appreciate her making my daughter and I feel welcomed. For the first time, my daughter was so relaxed and even more excited about getting braces. Lori took my daughter to get her xrays and returned promptly within 10mins. The xrays were very clear and detailed. Loved it!! Then we met Dr. Smith! She's was funny, caring, and very professional. Both of the ladies were a joy to be around and I appreciate them both for not only making me feel comfortable, but my daughter. Hands down, I've never had this kind of expereince from the very beginning to this point of a consultation. I'm thankful for Dr. Smith and Lori for giving my daughter hope, confidence, and support as she enters this new braces journey. I can't thank you both enough for this awesome experience.

Dr. Smith has been phenomenal with my daughter! Since day one she’s made her feel so included in her treatment. She’s made her aware of every step, every procedure, everything! Sophie’s first visit was when she was 7! She got an expander, braces on her top teeth and she’s now in the follow up until phase 2. Her smile is gorgeous! But beyond that… Dr. Smith and her amazing staff have made Sophie feel so special. They take their time, get to know her, comfort her, encourage her. All the things. They made her feel so ready for all the steps. Dr. Smith even pulled 3 of her baby teeth this week! In between some tears were the loudest belly laughs from Sophie! Dr. Smith has a genuine caring way with these kids! Her team Haylie, Chrissy, Lori, to the scheduler’s and billing- all of them, just make us feel so welcome! We are so thankful to have Dr. Smith as Sophie’s orthodontist! We recommend her and her team to all of our friends! And they are equally as amazed!
