Dr. Patel and the entire staff are amazing. Orange County Orthodontist is very clean and always decorated for the holidays or seasons. The office is accommodating and nice. Appointments are easy to make & on-schedule. We did lots of research before choosing this office, and we are more than pleased with the decision that we made. Strongly recommend!

The office is great, from the very beginning they took the time to explain everything including questions I had about insurance. The staff are all amazing, the environment is clean, inviting and well organized. To date, we haven't waited more than a couple of minutes before being called in. Most of all, my child feels comfortable with her experience. We are so grateful we chose Orange County Orthodontics.

My son is a patient at the office and he had a great experience here.He said all the staff he interacted with were very professional, very nice and welcoming.He said the reception staff were very nice and always explained everything very clear and concisly.The dentist and the dental assistants were amazing and were always very helpful if he had any questions.Overall He had a amazing experience and we highly recommend you come here.

I just had my braces removed in 07/23. I recommend this place 110%. They are very professional, patient, understanding and nice to customers.the front desk ladies has excellent customer service. Doc has always been attentive to what I tell him or if I had any question or concerns. Overall they have a great staff and I am satisfied with the result!

The receptionists are very friendly, but don’t be fooled by the other reviews. Two of the female doctors who I don’t know the names of and don’t care to find out are the rudest people I’ve ever met. One is quite tan with long black hair and the other an older blonde lady, both quite heavy. Been coming for about 3 months and every encounter I’ve had with them is the worst, they’re both incredibly condescending and talk to me like I’m stupid. Im looking into switching to Warwick family orthodontics which I’ve heard has much friendlier doctors

OK so my daughter is 13 years old she got her braces almost a year ago, I love how we can call and cancel appointment with no questions asked and reschedule for whatever works for us they are two amazing girls at the front Desk, these two ladies are awesome and very easy to talk to very pleasant and they are always happy I am so glad that we got to choose this place I also recommended a couple of my friends and they also come here I am very very pleased and happy with my daughters outcome so far

*** Update:This office is just beyond amazing. My middle son just finished his first phase and I am just super impressed with the changes so far. He hasn’t stopped smiling since we got home. Thank you OCO! You all are truly kind and amazing to my boys.Every visit is a great one. Staff is super professional and down to earth. My son is very comfortable here. So happy this office is right in my neighborhood.

Orange County Otho. Is absolutely the best. They have excellent staff. Professional, knowledgeable and extremely polite.Dr. Patel and his staff are the best in the business. I would recommend everyone to this Ortho clinic.

The staff is courteous, friendly and professional. They invest time and patience in doing what's best for the client, even when the client is challenging. They are consistent in providing excellent customer service at every visit. The team presents the best and safest options to the client then support them in their choices. They always put the needs of the client first. They show expertise and precision in their skill set.

Dr. Patel knows his stuff. My son's teeth are coming along great and right on schedule. From the beginning he explained the process of my son's braces, how to care for his teeth, and has informed me at every next stage. I like an office where the Dr. and staff care.tny and all questions I had. His staff are professional and friendly as well.
