Horrible over charged services & dentist here lack in checking there work. Had to go several times to file down my upper crown several times to get filed down from discomfort and well long story short roughly 2 3 yrs after i went to a more efficient dental office and turns out crown was wrong size for my tooth & was not properly set. I had a pocket by my gumline were food occumilated over time causing bad breath & more sensitivity on my actual tooth.

They are nice to you once they have you hooked on their expensive services. I was blind and innocent and went thru with the dental work needed done without looking deep into the cost and how much my medical insurance would cover. They will say you need urgent work done and can't do a basic dental clean if you're not getting any work done. I blew about $6k on a root canal as well as fillings when all this work could've done for probably half the price if I did research. Also they won't tell you the cost or a breakdown before going thru with the work and if you do want a breakdown they send you home and tell you they will get in touch with you after a few days when they can literally share the breakdown cost of it all they just choose not to.Don't bother coming to this dentist unless you plan to get scammed out of your money.

Worst place to go to do not come here, this dental office is so money hungry and pushy especially the lady in the front that calls herself the manager, she pushes you to get all this work done , stuff u don't even need and bill you for crazy amounts even if she sees your insurance will not cover she still goes ahead and adds it on the bill. They need to get rid of her she makes the office look really bad , I know one more family that also said the same thing, such an ignorant lady.On the other hand the actual dental doctor provided very good service and was really good at her work. Sad that the front people destroying the doctors office reputation.

DO NOT VISIT THIS DENTAL OFFICE....I repeat please do not go to this place. You will wait 1-1.5 hr each time for your scheduled appointment. The manager, Jackie does not answer your call. I have been on hold for 45 minutes.Really, do yourself a favor and find a place that truly cares for patients.Never stepping foot here again.

I have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand they have very capable and nice dentists on staff, however it’s their pricing structure that makes me seriously reconsider using them. I know this is not necessarily set my the doctors or staff, so please don’t confuse this with a review of their team. I’ve been very happy with the work I’ve had done. It’s the pricing. They recommended antimicrobial rinse and fluoride, two extremely standard preventative treatments. They told me insurance didn’t cover them and the out of pocket cost would be $320 total, $200 for antimicrobial rinse and $120 for fluoride (supposedly my insurance only covers until 19 yrs old). That seems like blatant price gouging. The cost of these two treatments at my out of network up-scale dentist office, $69. Why is Smiles West charging more than 300% more? That’s nuts. Makes me seriously question whether I want to even use them for my in-network covered treatment. You think it’s going to be less expensive because they are in-network, but then their prices are crazy high. I only get a certain amount of money towards treatments each year, so I want to make sure I’m getting the most treatment for the money, and I no longer feel Smiles West can provide that for me.

I made an apt took the day off of work just for them to tell me I couldn’t get nothing done due to needing a dr note because I’m pregnant that’s something they should tell you over the phone then took my kid in with me and they didn’t even want to fill in his cavities that my insurance COVERED because they wanted to make me pay $180 per tooth just to put sensitizer just to get extra money not worth the trip another dentist easily did it with no prob and told me the sensitizer was totally optional !

Last month I had a scheduled appointment for cleaning the appointment was canceled at last minute because dentist didn’t showed up my app was rescheduled for 7-19-23 for cleaningA DA took my X-rays the dentist stated that I need deep cleaning that was done 6 months ago but she will send the authorization request to my insuranceThen a lady came in explaining that I can’t get my regular cleaning because they need to send the authorization request for deep cleaning and it will take two months.I told that lady I was there for regular cleaning and I wanted that done she said it was not going to happens instead she was insisting to get a night guard that is almost 700 out of Puckett I said I will get one over the counter she said is not going to work the same on my teeth now I have to wait 2 months for a maybe insurance approval??I’m not sure if this is a good place for me to comeback.

I should have read the yelp reviews before coming here. By far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Wish I knew the names of the two women who serviced me, one was an older woman who performed the X-rays, the other was a female dentist. I came in today to have one tooth serviced since my filling came out, I asked the technician to only take one X-ray, and not the full mouth to limit my radiation exposure since I am a cancer survivor and have had previous radiation treatments. The technician took one X-ray of the tooth, didn’t get it right, took another one, still didn’t get it right, so I said to her, if she didn’t get the third one right then I don’t want any more. I also mentioned to her I brought my full mouth X-rays that were taken just a couple of months ago at another dental office. She said, they weren’t able to use them, then rudely asked me why I didn’t stay with that dentist. Then while taking photos of the tooth she forcefully moved my head around and said, “don’t move” in a rude manner. After, the rude technician moved me to another room to wait for the doctor. When the doctor came in, she examined my tooth, asked me questions about the sensitivity, then took a step back and said “ sorry, we can’t help you here because you were rude to my associate.” Excuse me!! I was rude?? I explained to her what was said, and she said I had a valid reason to be concerned considering I had radiation treatments in the past, but that it is perfectly safe to have full mouth X-rays every 6 months, ya safe for your bank accounts! First of all, that technician was the one who was extremely rude, secondly why sit me down and examine me first before telling me you don’t want to service me because I was rude!? That technician knew there was a complaint coming and lied. Both workers are very unprofessional so I filed a formal complaint with my insurance company. What a horrible experience, that technician shouldn’t be working with the public, period. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
