WOW! Smiles - Monterey

I've been going to WOW smiles since last year when I had my braces put on my teeth. Nine months later, they've done nothing my treat me with care. What amazes me every time I go for my monthly visits is that they always welcome me by my name, they ask me how I am doing, and if there is anything I need help regarding to my braces. I've never experienced a more welcoming place like Wow Smiles. 100% recommend!

WoW Smlies is a very respectable, kind, loving, and care about there patients. The staff make sure you’re treated with respect. The make sure your experience is a memorable one. Amazingly Wonderful Team! From the front desk to the Drs! My Daughters Dr is Jennifer Stachel. She is always cheerful, Kind, attentive, and straight forward. My daughter was extremely nervous about getting her braces, now she looks forward to her appointments. The women at the front desk are a Joy! Scheduling is a breeze and we’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes after arriving to our appointments. Immaculately clean, and always decorated for the season. So fun!😊They also offer great financing plans, which was incredibly helpful for my situation.What a wonderful Office and amazing ground of caring people!

I was referred to Wow Smiles by a friend for my teenage son. Their claim to pursue excellence was evident in my son’s care. The end results are simply WOW! His smile is beautiful. The staff are friendly and personable. The doctor on point. I want to add that while waiting for my son I witnessed one of the staff members carefully organizing the sterile equipment. I was an awe of how detailed she was with what seemed a simple task. It was then that I realized that that kind of detail was carried through with every aspect of the office. For example, the dental tech was not satisfied with the first impression of my son’s retainer and took the time to take a second impression. So if wait times get a little long please be patient and know that it is because they are providing their very best service to you.

Three months ago I decided to get braces on and going in I was a little nerves, but that feeling started to quickly shift when I was greeted by very lovely and caring staff members who works at WOW Smiles. Everyone in that facility really cares about everyone who walks into their building. They don’t only just say it, they show it! Even after my appointments, they would shoot me a call to check up to see how I am doing, and if there was any concern I had about my teeth. I have to say my experience with WOW! Smile has been very pleasant! Leaving me to say “WOW!”

Wow Smiles was very professional from the beginning. They send reminders for appointments and have a great reward system for showing up to appointments and taking care of your teeth when having braces. At the initial visit we received a complete breakdown of cost and in-depth information on how braces would support and improve my daughters teeth. I highly recommend them!

We have been with WOW Smiles in Monterey since my oldest daughter put on braces. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful to me and my children. Even through pandemic, they made accommodations to assist patients efficiently and safely. My children all love coming to the office. One word to best describe this office is "WOW!" ...

Whent in to get braces and got much more than expected...I ended up getting a $600 discount for a promotion they had going on and was the winner of a raffle they automatically entered me in..got my braces the same day with a minimum down payment of $150!!!!! I recommend a friend and was booked in the following week for his consultation. I highly recommend WOW SMILES 😃

Best orthodontist I have ever had, knowledgeable, skilled, kind, and caring.She pays a lot of attention to details and her work, spends enough time explaining the treatment plan, and has excellent hands. Not too rough with a female touch.She also has the New York style, and open mindedness.She has a great and happy staff as well. You can tell she is kind to them. The front and back office are organized and clean.Appointments are well timed, and there is not a long wait to see the doctor. It is not crowded in the office either.I recommend her highly.She is a gem to have in this town as a female orthodontist.

From the start of my treatment, the WOW smiles team made me feel super comfortable. When entering the office, the receptionist greets you with a warm and cheerful welcome. I really appreciate the friendliness displayed by the entire staff. After each adjustment the clinical staff member was very thorough in explaining what was done and answering the questions I had. Personally, every encounter has been positive.
