Dental surgery is never a pleasant experience. But certain professionals make the process as smooth and acceptable as possible.I was very pleased with this Oral surgery office. The tech team was concerned and most pleasant. The Dentist gave me a thorough explanation prior to the surgery and kept asking during the surgery about my comfort level. After the procedure, the dentist again explained what was done and how to move forward with healing and appointments. I felt comfortable and informed.

I saw Dr. Yousef for an initial consultation. I'd like to first say that the office is very cozy and welcoming, and all the workers are very friendly. I hate going to any dentist, but this honestly was a positive experience. I didn't have a very long wait to see the doctor, and the tech was very friendly. Dr. Yousef was patient and knowledgeable. I learned alot about what was going on with my teeth and how to stop/prevent further damage. He answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed, and I really appreciated his honesty. He informed me of a way to address my issue that would mean a less invasive procedure, even though it meant I would get that procedure at my regular dentist. That made me feel like I wasn't just a number or that the doctors were just trying to get paid, it seemed like he really wanted what was best. You don't find too many dentists like that. I felt very relieved after my visit. Down the road when I do need any procedure, etc., I'm glad to know that I now have somewhere to go where I feel comfortable. Checking out after my appointment was easy, and the woman at the desk was familiar with my insurance and knew what to do from there, which made it easier for me. The only thing I would suggest is informing the patient of the consultation visit cost when the patient schedules. It isn't an unfair price, I just appreciate when offices are as transparent as possible in case insurance doesn't cover everything.

I went to Canal Periodontics for the first time and was received very warmly by the entire staff. I met with Dr. Yousef to discuss a procedure which I will need. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered my questions while at the same time calming the extremely high anxiety I get over dental procedures. I am sure many of you that suffer the same anxiety know how important that is. I scheduled my procedure and left the office knowing I am in good hands.

I recently had gum surgery performed on me by Dr Parsons. Although never an enjoyable experience, Dr Parsons and his assistant, Shannon, accomplished the procedure efficiently and painlessly. The operation took slightly over an hour, and the recovery has gone well thus far. Dr Parsons openly encouraged my questions and answered them to my satisfaction. The experience with Dr Parsons, Shannon, and the office staff significantly exceeded my expectations overall. Thank you!
