Smiles West - Moreno Valley

If you want an office that cares and that treats like family then Smiles West Moreno Valley is it. It's like hanging out with family- at least the ones you like 😆😂. The entire office staff, the techs, the hygienists and both Dr Flores and Dr Rivera are wonderful! They ease the anxiety-and pain of going to the dentist. I will be honest, I don't care for the female endodontist's rude bedside manner but I won't let her bad attitude ruin it for the rest of the group (although, they should consider funding a replacement for her to match the awesomeness of the other Drs). I absolutely am glad we found this office, they helped my husband and now is confidence is through the roof, and I'm now on my own dental journey. The doctors and staff at SWMV don't treat you like a number or a dollar sign, they genuinely want you to feel good about yourself and care about your overall health. You are a real person to them and it shows. They remember details of conversations and even ask how our kids/family members are- by their names. They go out of their way to be the best and give the best treatment possible.This review is true and genuinely my honest opinion. I'm a huge crybaby when it comes to dental work. They are patient with me, they don't rush and they make sure I'm ok every step. No body likes going to the dentist, but if there was an office that made it a pretty cool experience, here it is!

Thank you Smiles West for your outstanding work! Everyone at the Moreno Valley office was ready to help and give their best from the moment I walked in. The surgeon was professional and took the time to discuss my options and then went on to perform the procedure very well. The staff; the doctor’s, assistants, the financial advisor and also the receptionist were helpful, efficient and friendly. Thank you! I can honestly say I am looking forward to my next dental visit knowing that I can expect the same professional experience.

The ladies at front desk are awesome.But the new denture I got is just awful. Bite is way off on the right side. The teeth are half the size on that side and there's even one less molar!The workmanship is plain shoddy.Won't be going back.They never got back to me.

My recent visit for a dental exam and cleaning was another pleasant experience. The hygienist is very very caring while discussing and explaining the procedure. She details your past and current dental health with suggestions for future care. Emphasis for daily personal care is stressed for continued good dental results. Also the staff from intake to check out is to be commended for their courtesy, concerning attention and of course their 'smiles'. Thank you. You come highly recommended.

So very nice and helpful. Manager Taylor It's a very kind and understanding. the differences between what work you are getting done now and what can be done later. All the staff knows the family makes us feel like we're at are part of the family. And if you have any issues they are on top of it helping figure out and make sure they correct it. Would recommend..

Not the best experiences here. It is always such a delay to get seen by the dentist. We waited almost an hour to get taken back, to just have my daughter wait as others went ahead of her to get her Xray done. I did not appreciate the lack of respect for our time, due to their inability to either schedule properly or manage clients intake and order of appointments. This is not my 1st bad experience with them due to not managing clients appointments properly. Plus, now my child had to have a root canal because of their poor workmanship of a fill coming out and her tooth decayed after braces coming off. That was her only cavity ever, it got filled and came out less than 2 years later. I am over SmilesWest, they just want their money.

A MUST READThis place is amazing from start to finish. From the awesome staff to the cleanliness of the building and the latest advances in equipment. Just A+ across the board. And can we just mention a little about the team that work there absolutely terrific. From The amazing Dr. Rivera just an incredible man along with his incredible Hygienist Mrs.GiGi super sweet lady very knowledgeable and keep you safe and aware of whats going on at all times. also we can't forget about that team player she everywhere Ms.Serena I love her smile and helpfulness. Good social interaction with everyone. She knows her stuff yall. Now all thse people at this office are professional and amazing to be around from the front deask to the back. BUT here the thing there is 2 ladies that work there who did above and beyond the call of duty at doing there job. Listen My fear of the going to the dentist is frightening..But the way thse 2 ladies took the time to band together and make me super comfortable and very supported with there extreme knowledge about patient care was incredible. I had a phobia with one of the machines due to me being very CLAUSTROPHOBIC situation.. and they knew right away what to say and do to get me to calming down to complete the service that i needed. Absolutely amazing. If you all could have seen the way these Ladies stayed in tune with each other the whole time was there was WOW.. I'm so glad I sat in that chair. Ladies and Gentlemen the 2023 Outstanding Achievement award goes to Mrs. Taylor the office management and Mrs.Heidi the Dental Assistant these ladies are super stars.. Smiles West is by far the best dental office I have been to. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist and get extreme anxiety. The team at Smiles West has made me feel at ease going to the dentist. Dr Rivera is the best dentist ever! He explained everything he was going to do which eased my anxiety. He was so gentle and very caring! The office manager Taylor, was so pleasant to work with. She is so sweet and seems to really care about the patients. Lupe and Serena made my visit so relaxed. They are very knowledgeable and professional!! The Hygienist Gigi is so amazing. She really cares about her patients and their overall health. She made my teeth cleaning completely painless. 5 stars for this office

I’ve been to 2 branches of Smiles West in San Gabriel area but I moved to Riverside so looked for a Smiles West branch in this county. Comparing my previous dentists to Moreno branch is very disappointing.First of all, he is so untidy- scrubs are wrinkled and hair were too greasy considering that I am his first patient. He breathes heavily while doing oral examinations & his treatment plan is all about money making like bridges & crowns not considering the best and long term treatment. He introduced himself but I did not remember his name.The hygienist seems to be friendly and professional. She explained my case and why I needed such treatment. She is knowledgeable and accommodating to my questions, by the way… her name is Gigi.The front desk and back assistants are nice too and I am pleased with their appearances: neat and professional!The office is clean but the chairs in the waiting room are old and not comfy.I haven’t experience any dental treatment yet in this office since this my initial visit.I’m glad that I will not get to have dental treatment and only have oral prophylaxis which the hygienist will deliver. Otherwise, I will not be comfortable to that dentist.

Great experience in my first 2 visits, the dentist is very caring for patients, and explained everything throughly the same for his assistants, the wait wasn’t too long at all, the oral surgeon and his assistant were also the same, explained the process and everything that was going on through my tooth removal process, im glad I found this place at the right time
