I have been going to Dr. Romano for a few years now. He never disappoints. He is kind, caring, funny, and instantly puts you at ease. His staff is excellent. This is not your average dentistry clinic. This place is high-end with very well qualified staff and professionals, all the way from Maria, Jessica and other receptionists to Dana the Dental hygienist and Dr. Romano, who has been my dentist from day 1. He is very well known in his field, and is often invited to lecture at medical schools and conferences around the country. And yet, there is no snootiness here. I feel very lucky to have found him and his team. Thank you Dr. Romano.

I was really looking forward to my consultation here and and establishing a new relationship with an aesthetic dentist. But when I went to leave my apartment, I realized I was completely flooded in from the rain the night before and couldn’t leave either exit. I called immediately to tell them how insane the flooding was, asking them to please not charge me. I even offered to send pictures as proof but whoever I spoke to, assuming the receptionist said that wasn’t necessary and she had to talk to the doctor to see if he wanted to charge me or not. She seemed pretty unimpressed that it was so last minute, which I get but this was a literal act of God. I rescheduled and made the soonest appointment I could bc I was still excited and I really thought they would wave the fee and be more understanding but nope. They told me a couple hours later they were charging me so I thought about it and canceled my appointment.

The service and atmosphere at Aesthetic Smiles is absolutely fantastic. Mary Leigh and Dr. Romano are absolutely terrific. The entire staff is very friendly and courteous. You are definitely not just a number here.Once again, the service here is impeccable. It's the reason, my entire family comes here.

I am so lucky to have met Dr. Dunn. I have chronic teeth problems and I am always able to get a same day appointment with her for any emergencies. She and her staff do everything they can to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. She is willing to have a longer session with me when needed to resolve the issue and is able to make crowns on site, eliminating the need for multiple appointments and prolonged pain. I highly recommend Dr. Dunn to anyone with chronic teeth issues.

Aesthetic Smiles is awesome! Jackie, the dental hygienist, saved my teeth many years ago through her patience and perseverance! She is extremely meticulous and gentle. She makes your visit very pleasant. Dr Romano has done wonders with my teeth and always explains everything so you know what to expect. He is awesome! Great and Helpful people for my problem tooth. Dr Romano has been monitoring a large filling that Dr. Jones did on me ALONG TIME AGO. On May 23rd it finally broke. I left a message with the answering service, I was contacted early on the 24th, was in the chair at 10am my tooth was fixed with a cap by 12 noon, can't get any better than that. Dr. Dunn and her Ast. were FABULOUS. Even Dr. R gave me a thumbs up not that he can stop worrying about this tooth. Everybody at Aesthetic Smiles is GREAT and VERY HELPFUL.
