Growing Smiles of Mount Laurel

My daughter was referred to Growing Smiles for pediatric dental work. The moment we walked through the door, we loved the look and set up of the office. The receptionists were very kind and Dr. Bo was great with her! And one funny character, haha. My daughter felt extremely comfortable and we will be making Growing Smiles her permanent pediatric dentist and my other two children. Thank you so much staff!

I was really happy to find a place that took my insuranceThey were great from the lady that did my x rays, to the guy that did my cleaning and the dentist herself. I wouldn't change anything!They had me in and out quickly and my teeth look and feel great!Thank you for doing such a good job for me today!

Dr.Brown is excellent! But the two front desk ladies at check out were rude and misinformed about my son's insurance. Then one decided to tell my son what he shouldn't eat, especially in a condescending tone. I've been there numerous times, but if this was my first visit then it would've been my last based on how I was treated at the end of my visit. I made sure my son's insurance company had that locations number because he wants to correct them about my son's insurance benefits. The other front desk lady at check in was very welcoming, especially so early in the morning. My appointment was at 8am.

I love it here! I’ve had a fear of taking my kids to the dentist after a bad experience at a different practice. But everyone here is so gentle and nice! They really care about kids! The jungle theme is extremely cute! I am so satisfied and relieved! Highly recommend to all the parents who have a fear like I once did!UPDATE! My son got a root canal today and the oral surgeon and dental assistant were so wonderful!! Still highly recommend this office! Especially for sensitive/sensory kids or people in general.

It was our first time here and the place was absolutely beautiful. There was a Little jungle with tablets on the walls and a tree house sliding board. I couldn’t even believe my eyes. My daughter had so much fun in the waiting room. It is such a genius idea. The whole process was extremely quick, we were in and out within a half hour, and the dentist and assts were so amazing, kind, and educational. Loved it so much

Brought my three year old here and has a great experience! There is a fun tree house slide in the waiting room that entertained my daughter while we waited, though we did not wait long. Once in a room, the dentist was in quickly. She was kind, pleasant, and quick, though the appointment in no way felt rushed. As we left they gave my daughter a little coin to get a prize from their little prize machines. We have definitely found our dental home.

The office was beautiful, however I arrived early I set for 2 1/2 hours before getting called which my appointment was 2:15pm was not called until 3:30pm, took to a room then set there for another 20minutes, before treatment was started. After grandson fine know came to tell me anything, he couldn't talk in shock from his experience [mind you a teen with Autism] just couldn't understand. I when to desk the young lady there was send another office because of short stuff when to get the attending so I could question her. She stated he done well he has a paper with what he supposed to do. I would never recommend this office after this. I immediately call my Dr Walker office to let him know how I felt. I have a fellow up with him in 2 weeks.as I'm leaving the front desk lady give me his script. Poor service on your part. The funny thing is if I was late you reschedule or see if you could him in. But come to early you wait that time plus a hour over the go in and wait some more.

This is a great establishment not only for children, but for the entire family. The front staff is always super friendly and welcoming, as well as behind-the-scenes with all of the hygienists and the doctors. I’ve noticed not only my children, but other children at ease during the procedures. With that said, I highly recommend Growing Smiles! (No, I was not paid to leave this review) Go see for yourself 🤗

THEY DO NOT CATER TO MEDICAID PATIENTS. They say they do, but they will schedule an appointment months out and then cancel at 4am via text. This has happened twice since August- it’s now February. They take no accountability for canceled appointments. The absolutely do not care about gaining any new patients- unless you are willing to pay cash, of course. They took y daughter THAT DAY because I paid cash for her. Very reprehensible practices.

The surgeon himself was nice. But waitin til my mouth was all numb and full of gauze to ask if I’m allergic to medication is a red flag for me, i turned out to b allergic to the medication. I call the office for a new medication and they give me the run around of “doctor only here 1x a month” “your gonna have to go to urgent care, or emergency room.” My mom calls about an hour later, explains the situation & they’re tones change to “I’m gonna talk to my office manager & give her a call back” hours go by i haven’t heard back from anyone. I’m in dire pain, haven’t take the meds ALL day, so i call them back & excuse after excuse on why no one called me back, and no one wanted to rectify the problem. So i than decide to go to Virtua emergency room, spend HOURS IN THERE. Next morning they have a doctor call me talking about i can give you a new medication . You coulda just did that when i called the first time the DAY AFTER MY SURGERY. Very unprofessional, & i will not b back. Let alone send anyone here.
