Dr. Saba and her team were amazing! They are so patient and understanding as I was going back and forth due to insurance authorization.The day before the procedure, I was called and all the steps were explained to me. On the day of the procedure, they came to the car and got me, explained the procedure once again.During the prcedure they actually provided breaks for me when I felt overwhelmed. It was very refreshing and truly showed that they all cared!!I highly recommend Dr. Saba!!!

Epic truly lives up to its name. Great customer service. Professional staff. I am very much not a fan just like half the world, of going to the dentist or treatment...but I always felt very comfortable with everyone there. And it's been awhile..they explained everything that I needed done before we did anything. What could happen if I waited. And I'm glad I found them. I would add a picture of my smile but I don't see that option.

I recently had a crown lengthening procedure done by Dr. Khan. She is knowledgeable in her profession, and lets you know what to expect, all the while being very reassuring. I felt like I was in the best possible hands. There was no pain at all and hardly any discomfort afterwards. I would not recommend this office for several reasons. The doctor was very nice and pleasant but the overall experience I would give it one star. I feel the office is very driven by money. I paid for my consultation appointment even though it’s covered by my insurance and before I even saw the doctor which was $120. The treatment plan was explained to me and I signed it in a rush because I was anxious about my procedure. I feel they take advantage of people that are in pain. The procedure itself was very fast and not as painful as I thought. They briefly went over my care at home but they did not give me anything in writing to review once I get home. They gave me prescriptions by paper did not call it into my pharmacy or have it faxed to the pharmacy. I was sold $100 recovery kit that is not even FDA approved. No directions on how to use it or given I had to read the directions on the box which did not apply to me since I did not start the care with this recovery kit three days prior to my services. They were very good about giving a folder, a water bottle and information about the office but never gave directions on what to expect after surgical procedure. They also never called to follow up to see how I was doing. I had horrible pain day three and I followed up with my general dentist, which explained the recovery process stating day three was the worst pain. I feel as a specialist this office could do so much better if they had provided more support and follow up care with the patient. I’m pretty sure I also overpaid for my procedure since I checked with my insurance if they were in network and they were but my insurance company told me that they did not follow the insurance fees allowed. This once again shows that this office is very driven by money and not for the patient care. As far as the surgery recovering kit that was pushed without explaining what it is warm salt water is perfectly fine to use.

First, let me say I have an anxiety every time I go to the dentist. I mean, it’s really bad it’s difficult for me to relax my hands get sweaty my heart pumps just tough for me To go to the dentist. Well, I had some problem with my front tooth. We had to Remove it And start my implants.When I first showed up there, Elaine at the front desk was extremely welcoming made me feel comfortable immediately on top of that the officeFelt extremely Calming. Then I’m at Jesse The lead assistant She was amazing very nice. She knew I felt uncomfortable and she did everything possible to make me feel calm and comfortable. Can’t see enough about her. She’s amazing. She was so patient with me and I appreciate that so much. Shortly after I first met Dr. Khan My first impression of her with how sweet she was and Pat as well Always smiling always making sure I’m comfortable always making sure I understood what was going on And explain things to me where I understand what’s what’s happening? Step-by-step Through this nine month process, she was amazing from the surgeries to everything else she was Unbelievable, a true professional. Again, they’re dealing with someone with high anxiety Which could be problematic sometimes, But again they were patient always smiling always making sure I was OK. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a pleasurable experience at a dentist, and most importantly My front tooth my implant looks amazing. My experience with her was phenomenal, and now I've got a smile that I'm really happy with. Plus, they've got all the latest gear and tech to make sure you're getting top-notch treatment. If you need dental work done, EPIC is where it's at.

I am not typically frightened of dental work, but I was really dreading gum graft surgery. But from consultation to post-surgery follow-ups, Dr. Khan, Jessica, and the rest of the staff at Epic did everything possible to put me at ease. They were clear about every step of the process, patiently answered all of my questions, and were both really professional and really kind. The end result, now six weeks later, is beautiful, and my gums feel great. Best of all, I really didn’t experience much pain, and the aftercare regimen was easy and really aided in healing. Dr. Khan, Jessica, and the staff are fantastic, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Epic is a wonderful place. Dr. Khan and her staff are very professional, easy to talk to and everything was explained and easy to understand. They made my visit very comfortable. And the office is impeccable and very soothing. I love the serviceI highly recommend Epic.

I was nervous to have oral surgery, as I’m sure most people are. I went in for my evaluation and eventually my procedure. The office is clean, high tech, and modern looking.The staff and doctors were very nice and respectful. They explained everything ahead of time, and what insurance would cover.I had some more questions and they listened and answered directly.I would highly recommend this modern, respectful, professional, and expert group to anyone that wants the best.Thanks team for calming my nerves and treating me like family.
