UPDATE: Dr. Patel called me and we had a heart to heart IN PERSON! I was HEARD and SEEN.All other appointments since review, have been POSITIVE.As humans we’re all entitled to bad days and or moments. That said we should not be punished for those moments, if we have corrected them. Which Dr. Patel had done. Moving from 1 to 4 stars!My experience today was rushed and I felt like Dr. Patel did not care and was in a rush to get to something that was more pressing than me!I would rather him not schedule time with me, if he does not have the capacity to tend to me in a unrushed manner. While I appreciate the care, I receive, I left your office in fear from psinful spasms and concerns that were dismissed and glossed over with, it’ll pass in a few hours!If you don’t have the time to exercise good “bedside manner”. Then PLEASE do not schedule patients and make them feel unheard, uncared for and scared!While I value our doctor-patient relationship, I've noticed some challenges with the bedside manner during our interactions. I believe better communication and a more empathetic approach would enhance our rapport. Which we can work on together to improve our overall experience, next time.

It took me years to finally be able to go back to a dentist after a terrible experience.. Maria was very attentive and very caring. Truly felt this crew knows what they're doing. Even Dr.Patel made an appearance to evaluate what work will need to be done. After my deep cleaning, I had very minimal pain/discomfort. My Blue Cross Blue Shield paid most of the visit, out-of-pocket was not too much. I appreciated how they broke down my payments for every visit I'll be needing to attend. Great experience overall - will definitely be recommending to my friends/family.

I had an excellent experience today at Simply Teeth with Dr. Dhir. Every procedure was explained step-by-step; All of my concerns were addressed, and a roadmap was created from the services that needed to be done. I felt relaxed and welcomed throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Simply Teeth!Bonus points: for the TV on the ceiling. The design of the rooms were made with the patient in mind. The music was also a nice touch.
