UPDATE: Dr. Patel called me and we had a heart to heart IN PERSON! I was HEARD and SEEN.All other appointments since review, have been POSITIVE.As humans we’re all entitled to bad days and or moments. That said we should not be punished for those moments, if we have corrected them. Which Dr. Patel had done. Moving from 1 to 4 stars!My experience today was rushed and I felt like Dr. Patel did not care and was in a rush to get to something that was more pressing than me!I would rather him not schedule time with me, if he does not have the capacity to tend to me in a unrushed manner. While I appreciate the care, I receive, I left your office in fear from psinful spasms and concerns that were dismissed and glossed over with, it’ll pass in a few hours!If you don’t have the time to exercise good “bedside manner”. Then PLEASE do not schedule patients and make them feel unheard, uncared for and scared!While I value our doctor-patient relationship, I've noticed some challenges with the bedside manner during our interactions. I believe better communication and a more empathetic approach would enhance our rapport. Which we can work on together to improve our overall experience, next time.

It took me years to finally be able to go back to a dentist after a terrible experience.. Maria was very attentive and very caring. Truly felt this crew knows what they're doing. Even Dr.Patel made an appearance to evaluate what work will need to be done. After my deep cleaning, I had very minimal pain/discomfort. My Blue Cross Blue Shield paid most of the visit, out-of-pocket was not too much. I appreciated how they broke down my payments for every visit I'll be needing to attend. Great experience overall - will definitely be recommending to my friends/family.

I had an excellent experience today at Simply Teeth with Dr. Dhir. Every procedure was explained step-by-step; All of my concerns were addressed, and a roadmap was created from the services that needed to be done. I felt relaxed and welcomed throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Simply Teeth!Bonus points: for the TV on the ceiling. The design of the rooms were made with the patient in mind. The music was also a nice touch.

My son recently graduated Marine Corps boot camp and his first request when he got home was for a teeth cleaning! (I don't think dental hygiene is much of a priority in boot camp.) After searching for dentists that might take his new military dental insurance, we came across Simply Teeth. I easily made a new patient appointment online. My son had great cleaning and enjoyed Dr. Patel and his staff. After the cleaning, they realized they wouldn't be able to process through his insurance after all. But instead of charging him for the visit, they made it complimentary and thanked him for his service. Wonderful place with wonderful people! Thanks for supporting our military!

I’ve been coming to Simply Teeth for years and have had quite the dental work done with my four top front teeth either being crowns or implants. You couldn’t tell by how natural they look, though. Today was my 3yo daughter’s first appt and they were so patient, gentle and kind with her, even putting on a movie while she waited. I expected no less as the staff at the front desk to the dental assistants and dentists are always so kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. Such a great practice!

Dr. Dhir's expertise and dedication to her patients are evident in her gentleness and thoughtful recommendations. Mary, went the extra mile to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. The front desk assistant is efficient and accommodating, making new patient forms and future scheduling a breeze. I have been going to Simply Teeth for over 5 years now, and could NOT be happier with Dr. Patel and his staff. From the front desk including the Office Manager Teresa, all the way around to the dental assistants to the hygienist, everyone is SUPER kind. Their professionalism and ability to help me with my dental journey and to answer emergency dental fixes on the weekend in an ULTRA timely fashion have been second to none.
