Unfortunate that they called me 7x to confirm that I was showing up to the appointment but never verified my insurance to see if i was in network until I came in physically they told me I would have to pay $450 out of pocket. Wasted my time. When I said typically offices check insurance prior to a patient coming they gave me the run around saying its the patients responsibility. Rude front staff.

Outstanding dental care at Dental 365-Mount Sinai! Dr. Ragucci and his assistant, Vanessa, are absolutely exceptional. I first met Dr. Ragucci during my examination after a routine dental cleaning. Though no cavities were found, he mentioned that I should replace my crown that had been drilled through due to a root canal completed years ago. Although it had a filling, Dr. Ragucci said the filling was large and susceptible to leakage. Who would have thought I could get a cavity underneath a crown? Dr. Ragucci was 100 percent correct. I had a huge cavity. Dr. Ragucci is super smart and highly skilled. He has a calm demeanor, is easy to talk to and uses the latest dental technology. Furthermore, his assistant, Vanessa, is a gem! She is super knowledgeable , has over 7 years of experience and is wonderfully compassionate . I can’t speak highly enough of the entire team at Dental 365-Mount Sinai. Besides Dr. Ragucci and Vanessa, they have an excellent dental hygienist, Pamela, and two wonderful, friendly receptionists, Caryn and Olga, who will work endlessly to schedule you in if you ever have a dental emergency. I am super grateful for their dental services!

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. The staff are awesome, there is never a wait, and they can always squeeze you in.

Dr. Ragucci and Arielle are wonderful, the attention to detail in even the smallest of adjustments is why I highly recommend! I would like to also add the front end staff is always a pleasure to deal with.
