No one loves going to the dentist, but this dentist changed my mind. Dr. Edmond is gentle and most of all, caring. Her staff always does more than is required to make my experience comfortable and convenient. There was some issue with my insurance, and her front desk assistant made all the necessary calls to find out what was going on, saving me countless time on aggravating phone calls. Her dental staff are awesome and friendly. In emergencies she has seen us in record time or as a same day walk-in if she is in the office that day. The office is clean, modern with updated technology and I have NEVER had to wait more than 3 minutes when coming in for my scheduled appointment. I have been to dentists all over NYC and she gives an exam more thorough than any others. She doesn't just ask more questions and look in your mouth, but she checks gums, tongue, neck and anything connected to your mouth. She is so sweet and easy to talk to about concerns. This may not matter to some people but I want to add that my husband and I searched for years for a dentist that we liked who also happened to be a person of color and she has exceeded our expectations. It's an added bonus that this is a woman owned and operated business, so I couldn't be more content. If you're looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Edmond and her staff at Elevation.

I had such a fantastic experience at the dental office. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and the staff was so friendly. The dental hygienist and dentist were both extremely polite and provided with wealth of information about my dental health. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Keep up the good work team.

They even provide resources so you can review everything and make informed decisions on your own. What really impressed me is their “comfort menu,” which includes thoughtful options like Vaseline for your lips or a cozy blanket if you’re feeling uncomfortable. It’s clear they prioritize their patients’ well-being in every way. Appointments can take 90 minutes to two hours because of how detailed they are, but trust me, it’s worth it. Happy brushing!

Nevertheless, I have found a dentist that I can keep up with the health of my teeth and get all of my necessary work done. The staff was extremely professional, patient, and explained every detail.
