Over ten years ago I was receiving treatment from Dr. Rosenthall and his staff for my teeth including a bad overbite. He did everything in his power to make sure my teeth were as straight as possible and I no longer had an overbite. After all of this time, I returned to Dr. Rosenthall and his team to get a replacement retainer since wearing it all of this time has left it damaged and not fitting completely correct. Not only were his staff incredibly friendly, but Dr. Rosenthall informed me my teeth looked good after twelve years of wearing the retainers they fitted for me nearly every night. I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Rosenthall and his staff. They are very friendly and helpful and I have a beautiful, healthy smile that will hopefully last a lifetime! If anyone needs a dedicated team to tackle a tough case or just a little bit of a crooked smile, then I recommend Rosenthall Orthodontics. Other orthodontists turned me away as a child but he was up for the challenge and it paid off! Thank you, Rosenthall Orthodontics!

As a working dad of 2 boys that a were treated by Dr. Rosenthal, I was not usually the one taking them to their appointments, and my wife always raved about everyone at the office. Not to mention the modern, bright, and clean facility.I did have the honor of taking the boys to one of there last appointments, and see the facility and meet these great folks for myself.Unfortunately we could only get an afternoon appointment so I expected some delay or running late. To my surprise, they were right on time and I love punctuality!!All joking aside, this was a great experience and would recommend this Dr/staff/facility to everyone.

Dr. Rosenthall is a phenomenal orthodontist who truly cares about his patients and their treatment. As a parent of two sons who saw him for their braces, I can confidently say that I could not be more pleased with the level of care he provided. His staff is also exceptional, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I have recommended Dr. Rosenthall's practice to several of my colleagues, and they have all been more than satisfied with their treatment. If you're looking for a skilled and compassionate orthodontist, look no further than Dr. Rosenthall!

This is a highly toxic culture and I do not recommend this orthodontist to anyone. There are far more capable orthodontist providers that show compassion for their patients and respect for those parents of their patients. I have never been so insulted and ridiculed by a healthcare provider. I was told my employer needs to get better dental coverage when I pay for premium coverage through Delta Dental.They do not value privacy and I was told that since everyone knows you’re here for braces they don’t have to have separate patient treatment spaces. All patients are treated out in the open with no time to talk one on one with the provider. He just announces the treatment plan and what is going on in front of everyone in the waiting room. It is the most uncomfortable environment I have ever been in as a patient.

Had my first appointment with Mr. Rosenthal yesterday. I chose to go with him due to his educational background and years of experience. This my 3rd go around to get braces. I had braces when I was 12 years old and that went terrific, no problems. I didn’t wear my retainers and after 20 years my teeth became misshaped again. So in my early 30’s I had my teeth aligned again but my 2nd orthodontist in southern Indiana did a really bad job. In fact they, didn’t fix a clear cross bite issue. Over the past 20+ years the problem caused uneven wear on my teeth causing me to get several crowns. My bite is uncomfortable and still bothers me, hence the reason for this consultation. At Mr. Rosenthal’s Muncie office, everyone was friendly and professional. The area is sort of open and you can see other patients getting worked on and they can see you too. My exam room door was never shut so I feel there is an issue here in regards to privacy. One lady who took photos of my teeth was very pleasant and the lady in charge of scanning my teeth for an Invisalign digital image was attentive also.Mr. Rosenthal entered the room and after a brief conversation I could tell the conversation was not going smoothly. Mr. Rosenthal exudes a self confidence and arrogance that young teenagers may not notice but did not escape my 52 years of life experience. It was clear to me he does not like to be questioned or challenged. I extended him professional courtesy due to his educational background and experience but his customer service skills are lacking. I feel he did not listen to my concerns. There was a subtle undertone during the conversation that made you think that he wanted to let you know he was smarter than you. He quickly dismissed any questions as irrelevant because he already had his mind made up. I also caught him contradicting himself. He said my issue was minor and only a slight “1 millimeter adjustment” may be necessary but in the next breath suggested nearly 18 months of treatment with rubber bands at a cost of $7900. Sorry folks, it doesn’t take 18 months to do a 1mm adjustment. He then made an obnoxious claim that I get surgery on my jaw. What?!! To do a 1mm adjustment??! By the end of our consultation, he made it abundantly clear to me that he wasn’t willing to help fix my concern. That all being said, over the years I’m sure Mr. Rosenthal has helped hundreds of young people attain that “perfect smile”. This rating is based on my personal experience during a consultation as stated earlier. I find Mr. Rosenthal to be haughty, self assuming, arrogant and discourteous. He is not a good listener. There’s not a lot of choices in the Anderson and Muncie area for your orthodontic care but I’d recommend seeing a dentist that offers Invisalign services or head out of town towards Indianapolis. There is no way I’d recommend this guy.

I want to take a minute and praise Dr. Rosenthall and his staff for making my daughters day and mine yesterday and today! My daughter lived in Muncie but then moved to TN in July. She was at end of care set to get her braces off but we had to cancel the appointment. When we made the new appointment It was for an exam to make sure that everything was good for her to get her braces off she has had for 3 years. We hit traffic traveling the 6 hours from TN and ended up being 15 minutes late for the exam appointment. Dr. Rosenthall had the details of our move and did the most precious thing, He went ahead and made room in the booked schedule to take her braces off, fit her for her retainer, and then even made room the next day (non patient work day for the staff) and had us come in to get her retainers.The grace and care at Rosenthall Orthodontics is above and beyond and our family is so very grateful for them all! Highly recommend anyone in the area to seek orthodontist care here!!Thanks Again,Us

I just had my second appointment at Rosenthall and both times, I've had wonderful experiences! The environment is super fun and welcoming. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. You can tell they truly care about their patients. And Dr Rosenthall is very personable and caring as well. Great experiences so far and I can't wait to have a straighter smile! :)

Dr. Rosenthall and the staff were great. I’ve had two children get braces through them and the experience was great both times. Any questions I’ve had about treatment or billing was answered. Anytime a emergency came up we were able to get in quickly. We have one more child that may need braces and we will definitely be using Dr.Rosenthall again. I highly recommend Dr. Rosenthall and his staff to everyone.

Dr. Rosenthall & his staff are a class act and the very best in the field! You’ll always be greeted with smiles & kind, encouraging assistants. From consultation(s) to treatment all questions are answered, full knowledge and information is shared with the patient & parent while clear guidelines & goals of the treatment plan are communicated.

I absolutely loved my experience here over the last 18+ months. When it was time for my daughter to get braces, I knew I didn't want her to go to any other orthodontist and planned to make it work regardless of insurance. Thankfully, they did! Braces are extremely expensive, but Dr. Rosenthall's office is really sensitive to that and does their best to work with any insurance to find as many savings as possible. The payment plans are also so easy and very fair and uncomplicated. They really do work hard to make everything as simple and comfortable as possible. The receptionists are always so, so friendly, smiling, and happy to see you and chat. The office itself is a genuinely fun place to be; it's an open concept, so you're in the room with other patients and staff, and you can see how genuinely happy everyone is to be working there. I always thought it was so adorable how, when someone finishes treatment, Dr. Rosenthall has everyone in the room clap for them! When you start treatment, they make sure you have absolutely everything you need take care of your braces and have a comfortable journey, including giving you a new, REALLY nice electric tooth brush, a genuinely really nice totebag, plus lots of gear like a big fridge magnet with reminders of how to take care of your braces, wax, floss threaders, special RX toothpaste...you name it. And when you're done with treatment, they send you home with lots of nice little treats as well. Dr. Rosenthall is also super friendly, and really funny. One time I overheard him talking to someone about his work, and recall hearing him say, "It's all I ever wanted to do." And that's how it feels to be a patient here! Everyone is just happy to have you, and they enjoy helping you and making sure you always have what you need. I've never encountered any crazy random surprise fees or anything like that. They're just super accommodating, and also really great with kids and teens. It was worth every penny and I'm glad that even though I'm done with my treatment, I'll still be popping in regularly for the next few years as my daughter goes through hers! Definitely choose this clinic!! You won't regret it.
