As always Dr.Patel is a very thorough and caring doctor.Very ethical and has patients' interest at heart.Preethi the hygienist is also very thorough , polite and courteous. Smiles At Murphy has the state of art technology /equipment . welcoming , clean and efficient all the way .Amazing experience !

I went to Smiles at Murphy to get one of my lower-left teeth extracted, and I must tell you that I really had to ask if the extraction was complete. I felt the normal pain and pressure from the numbing agent's needle and tools, but I hardly felt anything, otherwise. Prior to completing the final tasks for that tooth, I asked to schedule another extraction. Dr. J mentioned that she had time to remove a second tooth, so I got it done. I hadn't had a tooth extracted in decades, so I was expecting the worst. I was calmed by the communication before, during, and after the procedure.I'm impressed by Dr J, the dental assistants, and the staff. I would recommend giving Smiles at Murphy a try.

This place is AMAZING!!! Dr Patel is so patient and caring. She answered all my questions and allowed me to be involved with my care plan. The staff were very supportive and professional. Madonna is truly a blessing. I was terrified of dentists and haven’t gone for several years. The team there calmed my nerves and completely changed my opinions on dentists and dental offices. Highly recommended.

Best Dentist office in DFW area by Far. They are very professional, friendly, transparent, clean & fabulous environment, accommodating and full of experienced staff. My family and I have known Dr Jain for last 12+ years; though we live 22 miles away from her clinic, we have always preferred to choose her office for our dental services. THE BEST experience on each visit!!

I made a regular maintenance schedule months ahead of time. When I showed up for my appointment, I found out they had given my appointment to someone else. According to the practice, I did not confirm my appointment days ahead. Not sure why I need to confirm my appointment prior to showing up.They scheduled me for the following day. However, they also charged me $25 for not confirming my scheduled time. How ridiculous is this policy?Needless to say, I will be going to another dentist from now on.

Dr Jain is very thorough. Its a no nonsense approach. She has been in town for about a year and i have been going to her about 10 years i just love everyone in the office. So helpful, smiling and she explains everything until you understand. Her willingness to accept that we dont all have dental insurance is refreshing and understanding. Works with you on creating a payment plan that works for you. I could go on but its ALL GOOD. Check them out, i guarantee you will have a new family dentist!!Karen Fuselier

This is by far the very best dentist in town!These doctors really care! That make sure you understand what’s going on.They do great work!The entire office is extremely professional!I have never had this kind of experience before with any dentist.Don’t go anywhere else this is the very best trust me I know !

My visit on 8/28 was most definitely not the best experience I've had at SAM.They seemed very short-staffed as the services were well delayed for my 10:30am appointment.I was scheduled for a cleaning and a filling procedure. I arrived early enough to complete the check-in process before my procedure time but still had to wait in an empty waiting room 30 minutes befor the X-rays then another 15 or so befor the cleaning, then another 30 minutes wait before I left without having received the filling and 2 hours after having arrived.I'm very disappointed indeed.
