Very professional and kind. For something that was a scary experience that no one wants to have I couldn’t be happier. Scheduling, billing and surgery were excellent. The office was clean and comfortable. Pain was well managed. I felt if there had been any problems I could have called but I had no problems and felt the care was extremely good. I highly recommend that if you need oral surgery you consult with them.

The professionalism,friendliness of the whole team is outstanding.To answer the phone calls immediately with courtesy is a plus to me.Dr kiss to my surprise,it didn’t hurt at all .Dr kiss you and your staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable not only during procedures.Kudos to whoever keeps your clinic clean that makes patients less anxious.From trauma nurse for 25 years.

It was first time at that location and I got there 45 minutes early but they took me in right away and were professional, organized, and gave me detailed answers to all my questions. I would highly recommend this office.Second visit was the same: efficient, straight forward, and informative. My issue is completed but if I needed oral surgery I would go there.

Lakeshore Oral Surgery was absolutely fantastic!!!! Can’t say enough about how well I was treated! Dr Kiss and Tiffany (and ALL the staff for that matter) were GREAT!The procedure was 100% painless!!!! Not sure how that’s even possible, lol!.. but I’m not exaggerating, no pain during, and no pain after!…. It was awesome!!!!I’d recommend Lakeshore 1,000%

Best oral surgery company. If you are in need of any surgery definitely recommend this place. I felt so comfortable during my consultation, the staff is so friendly and nice. I still have to get treatment done but they go over pricing smoothly and let me ask any questions, they don't rush patients and take the time to see all your needs as a patient. Definitely 5 stars!

Lakeshore oral surgery was an awesome experience, they’re very friendly and helpful. For someone like me it’s nerve racking going to a dentist let alone a surgical dentist. They made me feel right at home and I don’t remember any of the procedure till I woke up on my way home. Very professional and amazing customer service! Would definitely recommend over and over!!

I can’t say enough good things about the office and the doctor. I put my 8yr old son in there care Tuesday and they really went above and beyond to make him comfortable. Post surgery everything has been smooth sailing, we expected for him to be in a lot of pain however he has barley had any discomfort. They make sure they give you videos, papers and verbal after care instructions. If your thinking of having any type of extraction 10/10 I recommend.

I had to have my impacted and partially erupted wisdom tooth removed 😫....I met with Dr. Kiss who was kind and thorough...he discussed what the best treatment plan would be to avoid any potential nerve damage. They were able to schedule surgery relatively quickly (the following week). The extraction couldn't have gone any smoother. I was terrified and the entire team put my worries at ease. I specifically voiced concerns about waking up nauseous and they all made sure none of that happened! I was sent home with proper post-op instructions and medications. They used PRF to try and avoid any complications during the healing process. I even received a phone call several hours later as a courtesy check in. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Kiss!
