The orthodontists here are amazing! They are always kind, funny, and gentle. Unlike in movies Figueroa orthodontist is not scary. When in the office you can feel the happiness and jokes coming from the orthodontists. They are always laughing and having fun but will make sure to do a good job! They always explain what they are going to do before they do it to make sure you are good with that. Thank you for helping me have a good experience with braces!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Figueroa Orthodontics, and I must say that I wholeheartedly recommend this office. I was in need of assistance with my braces and reached out to numerous orthodontic offices. From the moment I contacted Figueroa Orthodontics, I was met with a warm and welcoming attitude that set them apart from the rest. The staff were exceptional in their kindness and professionalism. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my entire visit. I would like to especially acknowledge Jessica, one of the office managers, who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Upon entering the office, I was impressed by its cleanliness and inviting atmosphere. Dr. Alex, proved to be exceptional in his field. He displayed a profound understanding of my specific case and knew exactly what needed to be done. If you are in need of orthodontic care, I highly recommend Figueroa Orthodontics.

The ortho assistant did a great job explaining how orthodontic work has evolved since we were kids and what exactly to expect. The orthodontist did a great job walking us through pictures explaining exactly what the course of treatment would involve. They even did impressions in the same visit as the initial consult to save us another visit.

I am so happy with my experience at Figueroa! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming and made each visit enjoyable. I had interviewed a couple of local orthodontists, and even though Fig was not the least expansive, they were the most thorough during the consultation, spending an hour with me going over my treatment plan. The treatment was great, they were able to cut a couple months off their original estimated time. Plus, I received a nice goody bag with some teeth whitening trays. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for an ortho.

Both of our kids are getting orthodontia work done and Figueroa Orthodontics has made it so easy for us. Both Dr Alex and Dr Alvaro are great with kids and explain everything they are doing. They work with you to make sure your kids get the appropriate treatment when they need it with consideration of financial commitment necessary. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist. And Obie at the front desk is great at follow up and answering any questions you might have. Overall great service with a smile and straight teeth from Figueroa Orthodontics!!

We’ve had two kids receive their orthodontic care here, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Our older child had started treatment elsewhere, and they picked up on some issues that had previously been missed, with fantastic results. Our other child is mid-treatment but we are so happy with the improvements so far. Office staff is great-they we’re flexible and squeezed us in later the same day when I made a mistake with an appointment time.

My daughters have received excellent care from Dr. Alvaro & Dr. Alex. The staff and hygienists are terrific. A few times I’ve had to change appointment times because of the kid’s activities. Obie & Diana up in the front have always worked with me to get them in and are very patient & understanding. I highly recommended this practice to my friends.

I was referred to Figueroa for Invisalign a few years ago. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! More importantly, the customer service is some of the best I’ve ever experience. The staff go above and beyond to make patients feel welcome and comfortable. I’m now back with my 11 year old son for his orthodontic treatment. While most kids would dread coming to such appointments, he looks forward to them. As a special education teacher, I have recommended Figueroa to parents of students. They too were pleased with how hospitable and accommodating the staff is. Thanks Figueroa Orthodontics!

Dr. Figueroa Orthodontist has some of the most amazing staff and workers. Dr. Figueroa and the staff listens to concerns and addresses them in a way that would leave an individual less stressed about the circumstances and the work that’s being done. I am truly appreciative for everything and all the work Dr. Figueroa and his team has helped me with. With the circumstances I came in with, I consider myself blessed and grateful to have had such a wonderful, hard-working and relentless team of workers in helping me with the challenges when I stepped foot in the office.-Thank you Dr. Figueroa and all the staff members.

Extremely happy with the care and attention we received from Figueroa Orthodontics over the past few years. Both kids had a positive experience during their visits. At all times they were updated on their progress, guided as to best practice and encouraged to follow instructions. Braces came off just in time for homecoming :) Thank you also to the front office team and their patience with the many appointments facilitated during Covid.
