Frey Orthodontics

My experience here has been nothing short of exceptional. Any worries or insecurities I have had about my treatment as been taken into full consideration by Dr. Frey and his team. They facilitate a great environment and Dr. Frey allows me to be engaged with my treatment by giving me mini lessons in dentistry, anatomy, and explaining to me the reasonings behind the practical appliances in orthodontics.

They know what they are doing in the back, no argument there, but I would recommend people look elsewhere for their ortho needs. The office staff is the friendliest unhelpful group that you will ever come across. They NEVER pickup the phone when you call, only call-backs. Appointments during ideal times are virtually impossible to make unless it's three months out. Way too many patients?Look elsewhere. We wish we had.

I received treatment here for about a year now and the service is excellent. Dr. Fry is really knowledgeable about his work and goes an extra mile to ensure his patients are getting the upmost treatment. I never knew my smile could get better. Aside from that, the assistants at the office will make you feel comfortable and also do the best on providing the support and patience you may need! Overall, super satisfied on getting my treatment done here. I don’t regret it at all!

Dr. Frey is way beyond awesome to work with. I had spent a lot of time to interview the several orthodontists before made the final decision. I wasn't sure to invest the great amount of fixing my tooth until I met Dr. Frey and Shannon who provided the consultation service and quote. I want to say you get what you paid because it wasn't cheap and they're not the office that provides the bunch of discount programs to attract you. The staffs in this team are so great to work with, they're friendly and so helpful during the whole treatment. I'm on the 3rd month of whole treatment and I have got so much improvement out of it. It's complete worth to invest the money, plus you need to invest the money in the right place. I had the few problems for the bracket in the early stage and they just put me in the schedule right away. The overall service is way beyond I expect and the treatment place is awesome!Last but not least, both Michelle from the front desk are great too. They're friendly and helpful if you have any questions. I really recommend Dr. Frey and you won't regret for this investment!!!

There's little doubt in my mind that Dr. Frey is one of the best orthodontists in the country. He has an incredible eye for precision which is something I really needed in order to feel comfortable. Dr. Frey really worked with ne as did a several pronged treatment - first with partial braces in the back, then invisalign, and finally regular braces. I don't think I would have gotten as good of a smile with a different orthodontist.

Everyone is nice and seems to know what is going on. My treatment plan change a little, and I wish Dr. Frey spent a little more time with me originally so the plan would not have change and would have been smoother. But I am happy he re-evaluated my situation and did what was best even though it took more time. Some of the equipment was sluggish but it still got the job done. Over all I think they are a good team and Lena has a lot of energy and sponk so she's fun!!!!!!

While braces seem like a lot of money, thinking back over the last few years, Frey Orthodontics earned their fee! From the numerous appointments during & now post - braces, the number of fantastic staff (always with smiles on their faces), the availability of appointments (even at the last minute when a bracket broke), I highly recommend Frey Orthodontics. My daughter now has the beautiful & painfree smile that was meant for her!

Dr Frey has taken care of all 5 of our kids!! Their smiles are just beautiful😊All staff members always made us feel so comfortable over the last 12 years!Thank you so much♥️

Absolutely miserable. my son hated the experience. michele, the receptionist, is beyond rude to both my whole family. Dr. Frey, gave us a terrible estimation for the time my son was supposed to have his braces on for. He was so rude to my son saying things such as, “You’re teeth are falling apart”, “This is not going good at all”, and many more rude comments. Scheduling an appointment here is absolutely miserable because they never have an open time frame that works for us. Save yourself time, money, and pain and do yourself a favor and do not go here for absolutely anything.

We love Dr. Frey and his staff! They are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient!Their office is fun, clean, and comfy!We would recommend them for your orthodontic needs! They have really flexible hours and are always very helpful, even when you need to reschedule!
