The dental hygienist CLAIRE is wonderful! She was able to brightened my teeth around the Invisalign brackets. I was pleasantly surprised. Her pleasant demeanor and wealth of knowledge makes her a bonus to the practice.She’s a keeper! Let’s not forget Dr Sadremelli, she is a very peaceful pleasant woman that makes every process easy.

The entire office had a pleasant and comfortable environment. I must admit, going to the dentist has always had my anxiety levels through the roof! However, the Doctor and Shelby made me feel very comfortable. They were both so kind and patient. Shelby took her time to the point where the anesthetic was pretty much painless. I highly recommend Smiles of Naperville!

I searched high and low for a dentist office that would do extractions for a loved one with dementia and brain injuries. This was the only place closest to me that worked with my loved one. He is in a wheelchair, he cannot stand and transfer to a dental chair for work. Dr. Sadrameli accommodated this need to be able to get these extractions done. She was compassionate, informative, and kind. She allowed me to come back to the room as needed to communicate to him and/or for him and was constantly checking in on his comfort level before continuing on. His mouth healed nicely and all billing went directly through the dental insurance company. If you need to help a loved one with a disability for dental work, I would recommend this office.

This is the absolute worst dentist office. They completely ruined my daughter braces treatment and wanted to make us pay for their mistake. The dentist has been so rude! Their texting system is flawed.The front desk is unprofessional and unorganized. Billing is all over the place etc., the last year of dealing with them has been an absolute disaster.

This was the first time I have been back to Smiles of Naperville in a while. Due to COVID-19 my family and I pushed back some of our non-urgent medical appointments. I was both pleased and surprised with the thoroughness of the sanitation. The doctor explained everything clearly and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. I'll be back again in 6 months.

I am absolutely disappointed by smile of Naperville’s service. They were supposed to get back to me in 3 days talking to my dental insurance as to whether my insurance is in their network for peroidental deep cleaning. It has been over 10 days and still no call from them. They did not event bother to call me and update that they r still working on my case as a courtesy follow up call. Absolutely no response from their side. Lisa, the receptionist lady who was supposed to do her due diligence didn’t get in touch with me. After 10 days, when I called to ask for update, she gave me serious bad attitude and said she was doing me a favor by calling my insurance where I am choosing to give them my business. Extremely bad customer service! Please teach Lisa how to behave well with the customers!

Smiles of Naperville is a phenomenal dental facility.The employee's are extremely accommodating and polite.I had a time sensitive issue with my teeth and Dr. Mehtab Sadrameli spent her valuable time explaining the process.She also came into the office on her day off toundertake the procedure.I was very impressed with Dr. Sadrameli 's professionalism and her over and above caring.I would whole heartedly recommend Dr. Sadrameli and this office. AWESOME!

Like many customers expressed office staff are very rude and have no empathy. Billing services are horrible, they charged double the amount to my 20 year old daughter for wisdom teeth extraction couple of years ago. I came to know when we received statement from the insurance company and had to dispute it. I didn’t write review then but this time one of the front crown came out and they couldn’t accommodate me even though I had my crowns from them 10 years ago. The earliest they were able to get me in was end of the week. The other dental place was able accommodate me very next day even though I wasn’t their customer amd that’s called service with kindness and care. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this dental place. Horrible front desk employees.

The doctor's service is good. But their administrative service is not good. They will bill us first without submitting the insurance and after the insurance covers the charges they will not return our money though u call them many times for refund. I don't understand why the doctor's in the office are not aware of these situations .I am updating my previous review and gave from 1 star to 3 star review bcoz after my earlier review the manager contacted me and discussed what went wrong and she processed my refund.

Like others have said, their billing is a mess. I have insurance and they are always missing documents to my insurers. Then they try to bill me the full amount without straightening it out with my insurance first. They just sent me a bill for over 60$ with no explanation beyond "Balance Forward". The only visits I've made this year were for simple checkups that are covered 100% by my insurance. They will be getting a call from me soon and we are taking our business elsewhere.
