Dr. Mazei, Dr. Esposito and the rest of the team from the front office,billing to the hygienist are all great providers! From my last appointment today, my husband and I were talking about keeping our dental team here even after moving to TX! Theyve been taking care of my family for the past 9yrs or more that we dont mind flying in every 6mos to see them!

Another great visit at West Suburban Oral Healthcare ! From the very first person I dealt with walking into the very last one leaving, it was another fabulous experience. Love how this practice continues to update its technology. Love how friendly everyone is and how specifically gifted they are for each of their tasks. It’s a wonderful team that works together to bring the best dental care I’ve ever had in my life! (I’m in my 50s.)

We as a family have been going to Dr.Mazzei for the past 14 years and that says it all. A welcoming atmosphere, state of the art facility, a capable, friendly team and a sense of satisfaction - that’s what going there means for us. We actually look forward for our dentist visits. Highlyhighly recommend this place.

The receptionist was exceptionally helpful, helping fill out the digital “paperwork” for a first-time patient.Dr. Mazzei was friendly, professional and skilled. Her assistant was excellent as well. It seemed like great teamwork.The office itself was small, but welcoming and efficient.Obviously, I hope I never need another filling replacement – but if I do, I would go back to this office and Dr. Mazzei.

Dr Mazzei is the most skilled, creative, brilliant and absolutely amazing dentist I have ever known in my life. Even if I lived in another country I would travel far and wide to remain under her care. Dr. Mazzei has figured out complicated matters that nobody else would consider or take the time to make it right. Everyone at Oral Health Care is kind and professional - Thank you all so much!!!

Service was great. Staff was great. The only issue was that Dr. Mazzei seemed to be overscheduled. First, I was taken in to the procedure room 1/2 hr after my 3:00 pm appt time. That wasn't so bad, but then Dr. M. was interrupted several times during my procedure to attend to other patients for extended times. I understand that patient emergencies and unexpected things come up during the day, but I was not expecting to be in the chair for about 3 hrs for 2 fillings. Otherwise, I recommend their practice.

I have been entrusting mine and my family’s teeth to West Suburban Oral Health for almost two decades now and cannot say enough about Dr. Mazzei, Molly, Alyssa, Tessa, Sherry and everyone there! Molly cleans my sensitive teeth with care, never hurting me and is so great with my three kids, as is Alyssa. Dr. Mazzei is wonderful too. Her bedside manner is very comforting and she makes sure that my bite feels perfect if I need any fillings fixed. You know you’re at a good dentist when you don’t dread going to the dentist and actually look forward to seeing the people there!

Let's be fair:Nobody LIKES going to the dentist. (With the exception of one fictional character from Little Shop of Horrors.)I digress...I went in for some fillings today , and as usual, they were considerate and quite skilled at their craft.Quite easily the best practice I've been to which is why I keep going back to them.

Terrible office staff that charged more than the maximum amount insurance allowed to be billed for a procedure. (Be sure to check your bill to ensure you weren't overcharged!) I had confirmation from the insurance on the amount the office could charge, but the office insisted upon charging the higher amount and refused to make a change. The first two times I talked to the office staff I was polite and patient. I continued to be polite and patient the third time I talked to the office staff about it until they repeatedly interrupted me; that was when I lost my cool and they lost a client.The hygienists and dentists (Dr. Esposito) are great and earn a 5-star review, but I cannot trust their office staff.

Dr mazzei is extremely skilled and professional in her treatment of cavities, crowns, and implant prothèses.She calls patients personally to ask how they are doing after a procedure.She is always warm, personable and friendly.I trust her completely.The assistants and desk staff are well-trained and kind. Hygienist thoroughly cleaned my teeth.The facilities a pristine and outfitted with the latest equipment.Upstairs waiting area is very Zen; filled with light from plentiful windows and lovely houseplants.A great experience in all respects.
