New Braunfels Braces

The girls were super nice at my sons consultation. The orthodontist reassured me that we would do everything we could with continuing my sons orthodontic treatment as we had to switch offices. I would definitely recommend New Braunfels Braces to anyone who wants an office that is open on Fridays (as I am normally off and don’t want to miss any days) and has such an open and welcoming atmosphere!Edit: it has been over a year since we chose Dr. Alfonso and his team. My son is almost done with his treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the results and how sweet everyone in the office is.

All staff very friendly, willing to help and very efficient.Also give recognition to Ana, I know she is taking a vacation at the moment, but she is very kind, and dedicated to her work.THANK YOU!!

We would highly recommend New Braunfels braces! Both my girls are patients here and since the beginning the staff has been amazing! Ana was great during consultation & get started. So kind & knowledgeable! Dr. Anderson is wonderful, you can tell he really cares about his work! They make it comfortable and fun!Thank y'all for everything!

I cannot say enough great things about this place! Our family has been patients for almost a year now, my teenage daughter has braces and I myself am currently starting a long awaited braces journey. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Appointments are easy to schedule and the atmosphere is great for adults and children. Dr. Anderson and his staff are very knowledgeable and give top notch treatment. I 100 percent recommend anyone who wants to get a beautiful smile to check out new braunfels braces!

Staff was extremely welcoming. I appreciate the fact they had much patience with me during the consultation for the simple fact I had my busy toddler with me. Ana was extremely helpful and her service was very sincere. The dentist was very kind and did not make me feel rushed at all. Great experience. Looking foward to going back for my braces 😬

Dr. Despot and the staff here have been very kind, attentive and thorough in explaining our treatment options. My daughter had no hesitation and was excited to get her braces on! We are very happy with the quality of service, and the office is clean and comfortable. All around a good experience so far! Thanks for doing a great job!

My daughter has a glued in bottom retainer, one side came loose (unglued) She has been without braces for 3-4 years. Her regular orthodontist's office was closed (plus Good Friday), she was not going to make it through the weekend it was poking her gums & hurting too bad. I called New Braunfels Braces seeking help. I cant express how nice Anna was on the phone, they were able to fit my daughter in. Dr. Despot took care of her, clipped the wire, fixed the issue & they did not charge us for what he did. We just moved to the area and our daughter needed to maintain her braces and we were worried we wouldn’t find an awesome dentist. Thankfully we did! the staff is super professional and very helpful. New Braunfels Braces is awesome. During our consultation, Dr. Despot and Yvonne answered all our questions...even both our girls questions!! Once we started, Mel and Vee were both so gentle and sweet to both our girls while working on them. They answered all their questions and offered breaks. Dr. Despot kept checking on everyone to see how they were doing. He was involved in all steps. Everyone there is very friendly and has no problem answering all and every question...even when you call back because you forgot a question! We are so happy to be a part of NB Braces...so comfortable feeling and like family!
