I was very happy about how my teeth turned out. My mom was also very pleased. My cousin used to work here and she used to be the one who would take all of my appointments. Even though I only had a couple appointments without her every single worker is very kind. They answered my questions and were very friendly. Loved the first and second appointment. I appreciate the fact that we were not charged for the assessment and the dentist felt very honest with his assessment. Loved how the place looks, clean and open also staff are super friendly and welcoming. I feel like I can ask lots of questions and they won’t be mad. I’m not giving 5 stars because I’m not sure yet of the quality of the actual work but once I have better assessment I will update.

I first came to Dr Clemente’s office in 2011!! I had braces and then was irresponsible by never wearing my retainers after they came off (don’t be like me, my biggest regret!!!!) I now came back in 2024 to fix my teeth and will be much more responsible and serious with my health and with my teeth! I am so excited, I ordered my first Invisalign today! Every single person in the entire office is accommodating, welcoming, supportive, wise, kind, funny, knowledgeable, flexible, and more! My entire family have been coming to Dr Clemente for so many years and we will always continue to be patients to this loyal and incredible office of professionals!!

Clemente Orthodontics is top-notch! Their team is the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. The New City office is spotless! Plus, no waiting around - talk about efficiency. Everyone leaves with perfect smiles - they are walking billboards of their services! Clemente gets an A+ in my ‘How to perfect customers’ experiences’ book.

I had a fantastic experience at Clemente's practice. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The office ambiance was inviting and clean, which immediately put me at ease. The orthodontist was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan, addressing all of my concerns. Throughout my orthodontic journey, the staff remained friendly, accommodating, and professional. Not only did they provide exceptional care, but they also made me feel like a valued patient. I highly recommend Clemente for anyone in need of orthodontic treatment.

I can't say enough good things about Clementi Orthodontics. Ive used Dr. Marissa for each visit. I find her to be extremely compassionate when addressing my needs. I originally chose this office because of their reputation and proximity to my job. I no longer work in that area but I can easily say they are worth the trip even if they aren't as close to my new residence. Dr. Marissa always resolves my issues quickly. The office staff are extremely accommodating. Everyone is professional, polite, productive, prompt, and positive. What a pleasure. I am grateful.

Very responsive, professional and attentive staff! The providers are very knowledgeable, patient and resourceful. The practice is always clean, provide an ease of service and state of the art in terms of the use of the latest technology to support patient needs and services. Amazing practice, highly recommended for adults and kids services!

So far we loved it! We had our first appointment (which was free). The dentist was very knowledgeable and friendly. Staff was fast and friendly too. I loved how they are very clear about finances and have different alternatives to pay in case you need it. The dentists was also very honest and I didn’t feel like they were trying to push me into getting something for my boy that he didn’t need yet.

Very pleased with the excellent customer service I’ve received from everyone at Clemente! They have helped so much with all my questions and concerns and making me feel comfortable through my Invisalign treatment and after almost a year I’ve had great results! There is never a wait and the office space is super clean and welcoming. The entire staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and so accommodating - I also love that it is a family business and have worked with Dr. Michael, Dr. Nicole and Dr. Marissa who are all fantastic. Highly recommend!

Caring and clean and efficient! My daughter just finished with her braces and she is flawless! Her experience was so great that I finally started myself. Im halfway there and so glad I am finally getting a straight smile.
