Highly recommended! Dr. Lin and Dr. B did a great job with my ortho aligner case. They always took the time to explain everything and really cared to make sure everything turned out perfect. Also make sure to get the in-office whitening with Bilal after you're finished with your aligners - he's the best! Oh and the front desk staff are super friendly :)

I honestly don’t want to give this review but I have to emphasize the importance of treating people again- unfortunately. It’s already post-pandemic now, and things are getting normal. Yet when I talked about my speech impediment due to my bite, the staff who went before Dr. Lin just started telling about immigration issues and American English speciality. How strange? As an educated person, a guess would be this person is having some kind of complex in his brain. I’m not going political at all, I’m talking about my teeth shape that stops me from speaking comfortably.Secondly, he also made a very rude comment when cleaning my teeth. Had several incidents when doing his job - I just asked him to stop so I could get a moment to fix the situation, he was overreacting and to the flossing issue where he got it messy, his comment was: it’s Your Food!I wasn’t allowed for a moment of rest nor raise a complaint about an urgent issue. This isn’t a professional standard about how you treat patients at a dental clinic, if something happens during your work procedure you should notify and rectify, rather than making it a big deal when someone calls out, if the patient doesn’t tell you what’s going on, you will be responsible for mal practice.On another note, I’ve noticed the person who took me inside the first time, Sarah, was commenting me as a patient behind simply because I paid the $5000+ Invisalign using a different currency - because I have multiple credit, debit cards. Also once again, I wasn’t given a moment to make that decision. She was like: oh she’s international! Omg we only accept American cards!The whole fuss was around these two particular staff. I advise more training. More ease on people of all walks and professionalism. I mean, I wasn’t too ugly, not too much of a minority from how I look, and from what I’m seeing, the receptionists and the doctor are actually great, what puts me off and gave 3 star are the two staff who ruined my visit every single time.I wouldn’t expect anyone else having this experience when they are getting their teeth cleaned up.

Thank you Jasmin and Dr. Lin for the best check-up and most thorough cleaning/oral hygiene appointment of my life. I feel like a new person and was very well taken care of. The highest quality of services for an affordable price is very hard to find in NYC - and am so happy/relieved I have found my spot I am now firmly committed to at Beam St now. :)

I started my treatment with Invisalign in December 2020 and it culminated today. Since then, the staff had been nothing but amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly and respectful, they have flexible appointments and work around your schedule. The environment is very relaxing, and is always organized and clean. The most important thing for me and what I loved the most is that they all inspired trust. Would 100% recommend to anyone without any reservation.

This place earned a 5-star in my books for offering an earlier time when I showed up too early… and also applying vaseline for my lips before starting the cleaning :)Some constructive suggestions: make sure all your links work and the touchless trash can in the bathroom needs new batteries!Thanks for a hassle-free appt!

So delighted I found Beam Street. The office is immaculate, beautiful and state of the art. Marissa, at the front desk, was helpful and friendly. Amulya did a wonderful job on my teeth cleaning. I had some issues I needed to discuss with her and she listened intently, was helpful and compassionate. A orthodontist also examined me ( sorry, I didn't catch his name) and he was informative, kind and friendly as well. I will absolutely refer Beam Street and will look forward to returning quarterly for cleanings.

Decided to start my invisalign journey here after a better than expected initial visit + cleaning. So far they've been great at accomodating to mishaps and quickly scheduling me in whenever a button snapped off. The experience I have with dental offices is pretty limited but the layout is nicer than the others I've been to. All in all, would recommend.Shout outs to (in no particular order) Julia, Amulya, Rose, everyone at the desk (who's names I don't know just yet), and Drs. Schwab + Lin and everyone else helping to get and keep my teeth in check.

My first time at beam st usq was great i went in for a cleaning and the staff where amazing as soon as i got there iris and bria at the front desk greeted me kindly and got me the things to get ready for the cleaning then i went back got a great cleaning done and then Dr.Schwab came over to take a look he had amazing chair side manners and overall from the location to the staff a very nice experience.

I have had a teeth cleaning and a teeth whitening at Beam Street so far and I would definitely recommend it. Julia especially was excellent. I really liked how she told me exactly what she would do and when she would do it; she warned me about literally every potential discomfort (everything from potential mouth sensitivities to an odd noise that the cleaning tool makes); and, that she checked on me throughout to make sure that I was doing okay and didn't need any adjustments. I also appreciated how the team walked through the pros and cons of every choice or procedure in an honest and thorough way. It's nice to trust the people working on your teeth.

Beam Street is such a modern and elegant dental office that combines professionalism with a sense of familiarity and ease. The staff is friendly and makes you feel so welcome and taken care of the moment you step in the door! Julia took care of my cleaning and she was so attentive and gentle with the process. Dr. Chen did my previous dental work so I did not hesitate in trusting his expertise for many visits to come. You can trust that your concerns are heard and your best interest kept at heart. Super fun, relaxing, and enjoyable visit every time!
