So I haven’t finished my treatment yet, but I should say that this past year was well worth the buck! Below are two photos, one from March 2022 and another from sometime in the winter, and during the time second one was taken I was finally able to bite on a sandwich or a pizza without it falling apart and generally felt more confident about my smile. Chambers ortho really know what they’re doing, they’re always welcoming and warm, and they treat you like family, which is a great plus. Will update this review when my treatment is complete.Update: November 2024. We are working on pulling up my one annoying tooth to close the (much smaller!) gap on the right side. The metal buttons you see are up there to speed up the process. I get more and more excited as I get closer to my smile 😊

We had a wonderful experience at Chambers Street Orthodontics. My son’s smile after two years of braces is fantastic. Every stage of our experience was amazing. So friendly and patient and detailed and understanding and caring. Every step was explained to us carefully. Every appointment was easy to book and accommodating. Thank you to Dr. Cooperman and Dr. Romao and your wonderful staff.

The front of house service is matched by the back of house in friendliness, patience and professionalism. This was the third orthodontic practice I vetted. I distinctly felt like the other two were giving me a lot of back story, neither one echoing the other. Dr. Cooperman was straightforward, knowledgeable and warm. This was also the only practice to offer to check my insurance benefits for me. I left very happy, and with complete confidence. If my experience is anything short of completely fantastic, I will edit this review.

I'm always greeted with a warm welcome. The team members are clean, approachable, knowledgeable, professional and the doctor has great bedside manner, takes time to answer questions and put you at ease- all-important with an on going pandemic, money being spent and invested and when you're nervous about the process and end result.

I'm so glad I picked Chambers St Orthodontics - I had the best experience with them and am a little sorry my treatment is over - the staff are so warm and welcoming, and Dr Cooperman is just about the nicest guy you will ever meet - he really takes the time to listen to your concerns and is great with children - they have state of the art equipment that creates 3-D images of your teeth on the spot(!!!) - I've recommended them to my friends - the office is close to the A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, R, W train stations so it's easily accessible

I've been doing Invisalign here for about 18 months and have had a great experience. Everyone in the practice is incredibly helpful, supportive, and accommodating. Throughout COVID they took every precaution, and even mailed me liners regularly to ensure my treatment didn't go off track. Dr. Cooperman is SO nice and patient. He also always remember pieces from our last conversations making it feel like we're seamlessly picking up where we left off from last time. Moreover, the change I've had in my teeth is amazing! My smile is on point, and teeth are super aligned and healthy. Big thank you to the team here, I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I've basically hated the dentist and anyone affiliated with dentistry for years! I can now say I no longer hold such strong feelings after the stellar service I experienced at Chamber Streets Ortho. From beginning to end, they treated me gently and with kindness. Believe me, as an older person getting braces that was very much appreciated. They made me like smiling again!

Went to repair my lower permanent retainer because the glue came off on one singular tooth. They did a good job repairing it but I was definitely over charged. The amount of glue needed to repair it is literally the size of this emoji. ⭕️. It cost me $150. I already got my braces over 4 years ago and the glue wears off over time. You would think that after paying thousands to straighten my teeth a drop of glue would be at most $50. When the glue on my other teeth pops off, I will be going to a different clinic. tldr: good service but, ridiculous prices for a simple and minimal procedure.

Everyone is very professional yet personable. Dr Cooperman does everything to ensure that your teeth are as perfect as they can be, explains the why and how of the process and asks any questions. The technicians are super friendly and engaging while seamlessly doing their work. The front desk is equally as personable and welcoming.

I had invisalign treatment with doctor Cooperman and I must say my experience here was just amazing entirely, I was very happy with the environment, they have a really nice place always very clean and feels comfortable, they’re always nice and interested with their patients, my treatment went smooth and I was very happy with the results. Highly recommended!
