It was surprisingly painless. I was expecting discomfort, but the proficient handling and use of modern anesthetics ensured a smooth and virtually pain-free experience. Today, I received the best dental service of my entire life. I was referred to City Endodontics for a root canal. Without an appointment and as a new patient, I requested to be seen today, as I was in a lot of pain. The Administrator at the Front Desk was very professional. She let me know she would do her best to accommodate and provided options and details related to my visit. A few minutes later, I was surprisingly called in to get started.Dr. Marcus Johnson walked in the room with such a vibrant and positive spirit. I could tell immediately that he was a faith filled doctor, passionate about his trade, with a zest for life. He introduced himself and got right to work. He was extremely thorough and explained the process from the beginning to the end. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and caring; always checking to make sure I was comfortable and adjusting as needed. He is definitely a master of his craft.To add to an already great visit, I found out as I was checking out that Dr. Marcus was actually out of office today. He was contacted, and came into the office to do my procedure. I definitely left feeling blessed and highly favored. Thank God for Dr. Marcus and staff, they are an A+ Team. They deserve a 10 out of 10 rating , and will be highly recommended to all my family and friends.

Dr. Johnson practice is the best from his staff down to the dentists. They take time to discuss your diagnosis & really care about their patients. Dr. Johnson is genuine & truly one of a kind when it comes to taking care of patients. His work is flawless. He ensures you are comfortable & you will never feel any discomfort during procedures. I would highly recommend City Endodontics to anyone seeking the best care, from the most highly skilled and professional staff I've ever encountered. I was recommended to Marcus after being told by another doctor that my tooth would need to be extracted. I was in a lot of pain prior to the visit and Marcus immediately prioritized getting me comfortable. So, comfortable in fact, that I fell asleep during parts of the procedure. Not only did they squeeze me in last minute, eliminate my pain, but Marcus saved my tooth. Everyone was so compassionate and kind. I'm beyond grateful for the care I received at City Endodontics and would highly recommended them.

My special needs son underwent treatment at this office and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care that he received. From pre-op to the day of the procedure to post-op, the staff was extremely professional. Dr. Johnson and his team took care of all of my son’s needs, everything was very smooth and we were given updates on the progress while my son was sedated. Very clean office. They had a nerve wrecking experience for most special needs parents and children into a pleasant experience.

Dr. Johnson is the best around!I have severe dental anxiety after years of being dismissed by dentist when I tell them the anesthesia isn’t very effective for me. Where do I begin… I staggered into this place in so much pain I couldn’t hold a pen. It was a Saturday and the end of the day- the staff waited for me to come in as I had called in a state of near terror- that was the level of pain. Dr Chen saw me and not only corrected the original root canal, but explained why he treated me differently than my previous dentist. The facility is very clean, high tech, modern. Dr Chen followed up several times with me, not less than a few times to assuage my fears (my tooth drama was trauma inducing). Finished the root canal two days ago here and …. I can chew again. Life feels happier! THANK YOU DR CHEN!

Dr. Michael Chen and Kim at City Endodontics were fantastic! They listened, were attentive, and worked with me, my crazy schedule, and budget since I required extensive work, that’s was only covered by my insurance up to a certain limit. I had minimal to no pain after each visit, which is rare for me. Dr. Chen, Kim and City Endodontics are keepers!! Thank you all for great work!!

Needing emergency treatment and meeting a staff that is as flexible and accommodating, like the ones at City endodontics, is nothing short of amazing.A couple weeks ago, I was in alot of discomfort and needed an emergency root canal done.
