From the time I walked in the staff was professional. Stephanie the RT was very thorough at taking my X-rays. Doctor Hamad was honest/professional and his bedside manner was very good.John was very helpful at the end of the consultation. He provided good customer service and had me leaving the office with a treatment plan that will get me on track with my orthodontist treatment. I was clear on everything when I left the office.

Best orthodontist ever! Staff is super friendly. Woke up on the wrong side of the bed but the receptionist welcomed me with a beautiful smile making me feel welcomed. Appointment over all went by very quickly waiting time wasn't over 10 min which is perfect and best doctor in Inwood. 100% recommend to anyone in the New York City or Inwood area!
