Worst place to get your braces.I recommend to do quotes in other places before choosing compare to other places they are expensive here. The brackets always fall off wires are always misplaced causing pain and discomfort last appt the wire was place on top of a bracket instead of the hole it was supposed to go into. Staff is friendly though

From the time I walked in the staff was professional. Stephanie the RT was very thorough at taking my X-rays. Doctor Hamad was honest/professional and his bedside manner was very good.John was very helpful at the end of the consultation. He provided good customer service and had me leaving the office with a treatment plan that will get me on track with my orthodontist treatment. I was clear on everything when I left the office.

What a lovely no fuss experience! The staff was very polite, welcoming and knowledgeable. My children felt comforted, which was awesome since they get very anxious going to the dentist. The wait time was reasonable and the overall process smooth. Really happy that the Doctor took time to explain everything that could happen, should happen, and when it would happen. The assistant futher made the experience one I truly appreciated by explaining everything all over again in case I had any questions. Very clean office as well.

I never receive the best luck with dentist offices in my area. Wait times are always super long and staff usually appears to be miserable. This office is much different. Karina the receptionist was helpful and pleasant. Also, gave me some insight on things the dentist has to offer. Staff was helpful and patient. When you have a office that cares and shows compassion, it makes the visit more exciting.

Since the first encounter I’ve had with Ismile it’s been great! Karina was very pleasant over the phone & coming into the office meeting in the person behind the phone was better! She was extremely helpful with all my questions and super genuine. This office staff really does put their all into it and goes above and beyond! Highly recommend 10/10

Normally after every visit I give 5stars because I have receive 5star treatment. This time I dont know what went wrong. I requested that the wire in my mouth be cut down more so it wouldn't scratch my cheek. And the person did some other mess where they left my last bracket loose and the wire extremely long that my cheek is all cut up and it's painful to talk or eat. I don't understand why this was done to me,I'm beyond disappointed with this visit.Update: took a star away because your receptionist has a nasty attitude. You guys just continue to disappoint.

The experience is optimal. Every member of the personnel is amazing.The office is beautiful, the ambiance is perfect. Thi office is the example of what medical facility should be. music and it smell beautiful.Front desk/ administrators are the best a company can have. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Also have people skills, manners and treat patience with extreme attention and care. The front desk, doctor, nurse technician, financial consultant were amazing. The price is excellent, very flexible payment plans which it are very simple, striaghtforward.The financial officer provides a thorough explanation about processes and procedures providing specific,clear and concise details of timing, results. Scheduling in a timely manner. The personnel will accomodate all your needs, best time to call.This has been the best medical experience in my life. Professionalism, courtesy and affordability combine to improve your dental health.The doctor is diligent, in the initial consultation she will answer all your question she is extremely dedicated, understanding of all your concerns.Provides her undivided attention, giving you the time to ask and answering all your questions. The doctor provides a superb care and service.The nurse technician is a total professional in all the extension of the world.The experience was something out of this world.
