Truly wonderful experience with Magic Smile! From the minute I arrived Andrijana made me feel relaxed and accommodating. She is extremely professional and super friendly. This was the best teeth whitening service I have received so far! The treatment was 100% painless and I felt slight sensitivity after which is expected. My teeths are super white after only one session and I will be definitely coming back! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Worst experience ever. Really, I mean it.Horrific. Painful.I went there for consultation, my teeth are fairly white, but wanted to get really white ones. So I asked the young woman working, which option I should take. Of course she sold me a package for $400. I was stupid enough to agree on that.She applied the material and started the light/procedure. I was told before that my gums could burn a bit. After a few minutes I had severe pain in one of my teeth. Yes a tooth had severe pain. Excruciating pain. I screamed from the pain, the staff came, she was like “don’t move, it’s only your gums burning a bit”. No it wasn’t. It was a tooth in severe pain. I told her, she didn’t really care, told me to sit still and continue the treatment (or as I’d say now the torture). Pain lasted maybe30-60’seconds, then becoming less. After the first round I told her again. She didn’t take me seriously. In the next rounds it happened again and again (on several of my teeth). I was told that there could be sensitivity, but not actual terrifying pain. She just kept laughing when I told her I have pain, and she kept on referring to “sensitivity”. I know what sensitivity is. This was not sensitivity, it was pain.After the treatment this excruciating pain kept coming randomly on different teeth. I took more than the recommended pain medication for two days straight. It was a 30-60 seconds pain, so intense you cannot move, hardly breath. I never knew when the next wave of terrible pain would come over me. Never experienced anything terrible like this.After this the woman even asked me if I wanted to give tip…Next to that, standards seemed low. You have to spit into a bucket, covered with a plastic bag, after rinsing your mouth. You’re in a tiny cabin, not sure if they change the plastic on the seats after each customer. If there is more than one customer, then forget privacy.By the way: results very rather disappointing. Slightly whiter for a few days. I didn’t consume anything with color for days, and my original teeth colour came through.

Had to come here myself to find out. Met with Andrijana who was unbelievably nice and provided advice on best routine and session follow up to get that noticeable whitening.I did the express and it was truly painless. I also saw a noticeable difference after the 25 minutes. Definitely coming back to get my chompers back in order.Thank you thank you !!!

I have gotten my teeth whitened in the past, but this experience was very different. The tech is very lovely, but the place is not at all how I expected or what I am used to from my last professional experience. Very small space; rooms have no doors, instead have curtains for privacy with make shift spitting bowls b/c there are no sinks. You can hear how the customer next door to you is fairing during the whitening process which will either freak you out or make you paranoid. I was burned by the gels. Got a blister on my lip during the first session ( I had 3 in total) blister went down by the time I got home. My gums faired worse. They were raw & red & are still this way (I got my teeth whitened yesterday) which made brushing excrutiating. In the office I saw results, but by the time I got home my teeth look how they did before I got them whitened! The next day people told me they see no difference. My teeth were pretty white to begin with because I whiten at home every 6 months. I guess you only see real results if you have never whitened your teeth in life. Not worth the money! I could've saved myself the pain & money & whitened at home with a kit w/ trays from my dentist for $100. This was a very disappointing experience for me.

As dental technician with years of experience I would never go to get whitening treatment just because I found wonderful deal on Groupon. I didn't mean that there's no professional whitening clinic on Groupon but if you're looking for to get a treatment for as less as possible and U don't even care about your teeth health I would recommend you Clorox otherwise u should try magic smile at least once! I've moved to New York couple months ago. Since that time I've been looking for clinic I can trust to whiten my teeth. Just about week ago I decided to try Magic smile upon recommendation from my friends who also working in dental industry. In fact I have sensitive teeth whitening is always painful for me. But after having treatment at MS provided by Antonia I realized that I never felt better after having treatment. Magic smile and especially Antonia didn't provide me only with nicer smile but also with reason to smile.

Originally looked up reviews on Magic smile and was lucky enough to find a Groupon. The service took about 45 minutes, it was smooth and painless. The staff was great, very nice and detailed when explaining. I plan to go back in couple of months for a touch up, thank you Magic Smile. The service is so great; I can’t forget to mention you get a Free Session for sharing your experience.

WOW! That was easy and super satisfactory. I had never gotten a professional teeth whitening before Magic Smile and was nervous about the potential pain but not only was it painless but I was super happy with the results. The office was clean and conveniently located and the service was straight to the point, fast and efficient. I highly recommend Magic Smile to anyone that is interested in the whitening service.

I visited Magic Smile with my girlfriend and both of us took the whitening treatment. The service was great, the treatment was comfortable, and we were very happy with the results. We also bought the home treatment kits and we are using them occasionally. The results are visible and we will continue as needed.
