Dr. Joshua and the whole team are so incredible and so fun- the entire office is a very warm and friendly environment. Dr. J not only transformed my smile in about 2 hours- the whole thing was AFFORDABLE, and Alexa was so accommodating with options for payment plans! All the staff at NY Smile Spa are professional, friendly, caring and attentive. The staff make you feel relaxed and cared for, and they inform you in detail about everything going on in your mouth and all options for your care. The cleaning I received today was the most thorough one I’ve ever had and also I was informed of things no dentist had previously told me. I learned about the importance of hydration for dental health- dehydration can lead to more bacteria and calcification. I have been very impressed by Dr. Perlman and his team and can’t recommend them more highly.

Dr. Perlman and the entire staff at NYC smile spa are great and I highly recommend - I have been going to Dr. Perlman for 4 years and was lucky to find him when I moved to NYC and had a dental emergency during my first week at a new job. Addendum; : Today I returned to NYC to see my favorite dentist and his top notch crew - they are meticulous and also just such nice people.

Josh and his whole team are amazing. I hate going to the dentist. But the experience at NYC Smile Spa was different. The young lady who took pictures of my mouth was delightful. Then the man who cleaned my teeth with the drill did his work with the thoroughness of a diamond cutter! After that, Josh and I made a game plan to make my teeth look beautiful. I am super excited! When I left the office, I felt like a new man. Trust me, if you go see Josh for any work on your teeth, you will not regret it. I thought I would never say this, but I cannot wait to go back and see my dentist!

My experience from the first phone call to walking out the door at my first visit was amazing. I went in with a plan just to fix my chip tooth and decided to make them my permanent dentist office. Front desk staff was great, doctors assistant was great and Dr.Krochak was great I love a doctor with a plan and he definitely made me feel comfortable with my future treatment plan.

I have been going to Dr. Krochak and NY Smile Spa for close to 20 years!!!I continue to travel from NJ to NY for my hygiene apts as well as major dental work. The office is friendly and welcoming, they greet you by name when you enter. And are easy to accommodate changes needed to schedules as they are able.Today I finished my Invisalign and started with a new hygienist in the office. He was professional and asked questions about my past dental history not just looking at my records.The whole office team is 5 STAR and I continue to recommend them time and time again.If you are looking for a great experience from the time you open the door to the time you leave the chair this is the place to go.

I bought the Groupon teeth whitening treatment with discount. However the front desk said there was hidden fee not collected from Groupon. The technician overall was nice tried a few times to turn on TV for me, but she didn't suction inside my mouth only outside or upper the teeth, too much saliver in my throat that I had to swallow , which burned my throat. she suctioned 3 times but didn't put it in my mouth even I opened wide. I wished she could prevent that. At the end, the front desk asked 20 percent of tips total paidamount that was not worthy. Not recommended this office.throswallow

Dr. K. has been my dentist for 20+ years and has always practiced the most advanced techniques in (painless) dentistry. Every hygienist has been excellent. This also might the most professional medical office of any kind that I have experienced. From scheduling to filing of insurance forms to any and all forms of communication, they do it right.
